Tayah went out of her way to make sure that my daughter got the best shoes and best fit that she could! The attention to detail was very impressive! All done with a big smile, you can tell that Tayah KNOWS and CARES about what she does! A credit to herself and the company

Alisha was brilliant. She was not only very pleasant and kind with our children she also really helped with which shoes would be best. My daughter wanted shiny shoes and we wanted a more wintery shoe and she found a perfect compromise which everyone was happy with. She also found shoes for both my children at the same time and gave them each her total attention. Thank you very much.

I visited the High Wycombe store yesterday, and despite it being busy, Alisha was paying attention to all customers. She helped me find the shoes I was looking for a guided me on the best shoe care to keep them in good condition. Thank you Alisha!

The branch in High Wycombe is one of the worst shops in the world.
The staff is not friendly and grumpy for no reason!!!

I took my daughter to Clark’s in High Wycombe and was served by a lovely young lady named Lily, she was helpful, kind and patient throughout. She went above and beyond and is an asset to her team! Thank you for making a stressful school shopping trip far easier

Alisha at the High Wycombe store was brilliant. She was very patient with our kids and very helpful in terms of suggesting shoes for them. We had a very nice experience and didn’t feel rushed at all.

Tayah was polite and helpful to me and it wasn't too much trouble for her to bring out multiple boxes to ensure I had the right shoes. Thanks for your help 😃

Sophie served us today and she was brilliant with my children. She was calm and helpful and found shoes they both loved.

Went to Clarks in High Wycombe town centre. We were served by Sophie who went above and beyond to help us. Sophie thoroughly measured both my daughters feet. They both had awkward sized feet. Sophie went through numerous sizes and widths (even getting insoles to help fit) to find the perfect size and style for both girls who are very happy with their new shoes. Thanks for the help and time.

I went into the Clark’s in High Wycombe and had such a lovely experience. My son is 5 years old and is autistic (non verbal). He doesn’t like to be touched. Taya measured my son’s feet in a very playful way and he so relaxed. I did let the manager know. The manager himself was really approachable and friendly.

I was with my wife who is looking for working shoes and on arrival at the store there was one young lady, named Alisha who welcomed us and offered few shoes options for my wife to try. also took measurements for appropriate width . although she was on her own and has few other customers she remained calm and efficient in dealing with everyone . we were impressed and got sure had a good service as we bought a pair of shoes . thank you for a very good engaging service .

I went in today to help find some comfortable shoes for my mum. Luckily Amani was really so helpful and knowledgable. She was so patient despite us trying a lot of shoes to find the right fit. Excellent, patient and kind service. Thanks so much.

I had booked an appointment for a fitting for two children. The assistant only measured one foot of each child. She then confused their sizes and brought out shoes which didn’t fit at all. Subsequently she did not check the fit of the ones they tried on. She did not appear to have been trained sufficiently.

1 member of staff for the whole store meant I had to wait an age to simply return something.

They were down a member of staff due to illness and I believe they did the best hey could under the circumstances.

Back to school experience. It was awful!!! Despite of having ridiculous waiting time 40-60 minutes on 1.09.2024, the staff was very rude, unprofessional and reckless. Before even waiting so long I asked to check if they have the size and the particular model in stock, was reassured they they have it. I knew the size and model I need. Needed just to bring it from the stock room. They made me wait for one hour to tell me at the end “I am sorry, we do not have the size in stockroom.”. Moreover, the staff at the entrance told me that “why are you here at the last weekend before the school.” It was the last drop to write this review. There were no manager in the shop floor in a very busy period of the year! I would never get back there. Please educate the staff appropriately and to a better standards!

Jack in the high Wycombe branch was very patient and helpful with school show purchase which can be a nightmare.
