Cyan was fantastic!
We always come to Hitchin Clark’s for school shoes, however today stood out. Cyan was fantastic with my children, really friendly and spoke to them in a way that she showed she understood some children are very un-keen on the measuring process, as my eldest is. She made him feel comfortable quickly and made him laugh. She happily got shoes we asked for and again used a child friendly approach to engage my boys and ensure they were a big part of the decision making process. Thank you so much for a relatively simple school shoe buying experience!
