Greeted by two smiling staff members. One asked if I needed help. Explained I was looking for low heel smart shoes and she was up and down the stairs with various styles and sizes, nothing too much trouble and found the perfect pair that I bought! It was a really pleasant experience and I will certainly go to that store again.

Amazing customer service from Maria (Honiton) dealing with my 3 children with very narrow feet! Nothing was too much for her! Super helpful with a good sense of humour.....will return to this store for their service alone, despite not being our closest! Thank you Maria!

Rose served me today whilst purchasing school shoes. It was so relaxing and she was great with the children.

Every year for the past 5 years Rose has fitted my ASD sons school shoes .
It's always hard work with alot of sensory issues. Every year I manage to leave with a pair of shoes he will wear to school and we normally only need the one pair a year! Rose is always patient and understanding . Again this year it ends up getting too much for my son and everyone leaves feeling over whelmed. We normally leave with a random pair of shoes based on recommendation after trying on about 10.
This morning, first day of school it did not start off so well . 1.5 hours later he has the shoes on and he's gone to school happy as if there was never an issue in the first place . Have to admit after 40minutes of melt downs and tears I was googling other shoes ckarks do in hope they had something left in my sons size. But Rose has done it again. From a sen mum thankyou so much making this an easier task . For any other Sen parents out there **you can contact the store in Honiton, and they are kind enough to open when the store isn't normally open for shoe fitting appointments for sen families -Which is another stressor avoided, no other people, take advantage of this local store who help**
