Went to the Horsham store today, terrible service. I put shoes on child waiting for member of staff to check they fitted but was on his mobile, eventually he asked me if I wanted them to be check, I said yes please, had to try some different shoes on but no offer to check to see if they were ok, started to help another customer while I was waiting. Toddler was getting frustrated, unfortunately I had to get the shoes as no where else to go in Horsham otherwise I would of gone else where. Very disappointed

At last a really good shoe hunting experience in Clarks Horsham. The lady was very helpful/pleasant from the start. Size checking, stock hunting, advice; instantly noticed and appreciated.

Assistant very helpful - had to return shoes as too small. Ordered the correct pair online … very pleased with them. Good all round experience.

Jamie was wonderful with our 2 year old today. So calm and patient. It’s the first time there hasn’t been tears. Thank you.

My little boy Kenny, who is 21 months old, & I went to buy his 4th new pair of shoes today. We saw Jamie again & we're absolutely delighted because he measured Kenny for his 1st pair of shoes & he's so professional, knowledgeable & great with children. I can't thank him & praise him enough.

I visited Clarks, Horsham today to get my little boys first pair of shoes. The man who helped us was called Jamie, he was so lovely, very friendly with my little boy and was also very gentle when putting the shoes on his feet to try them on. He also gave us very good advice on different shoes which helped us decide on a good choice of shoe, reasonable prices and lovely quality shoes, thank you so much 🥺

We visited the Horsham store on a rainy Saturday afternoon to get my daughter’s feet measured and to buy some school shoes. I was worried as I hadn’t booked an appointment but we were seen straight away, feet were measured and we purchased some shoes. The whole experience was stress free and was extremely quick. We were seen by Hareem who was very friendly, chatty and made my daughter feel very comfortable whilst there. Thank you so much, I’ve got a very happy daughter with her shoes and the experience was great all round!

Sam at the Horsham store was amazing at fitting my son's school shoes. It was very busy at the store. We were served very quickly and the ticket system was very efficient. We arrived just before 13:30 I think it was a week before the schools were about to start. Sam was brilliant at communicating with my son. My son struggles with communication when in busy environments. Sam copied my communication with my son using thumbs up for good and thumbs down for bad. He had brilliant rapport with my son and was very quick at fitting and making sure my son was comfortable in his shoes. Thank you for a brilliant service. We were a walk in appointment. I am very grateful for your help Sam. You made a stressful experience a very positive one.

Excellent service by Grace!
In the morning we had been to Clarks bluewater to get my sons first shoes, I was excited as this is his first ever pair but we were sadly let down by the service we had at bluewater so I came away quite upset! We then decided to pop into Horsham (our hometown) to see if there was anymore choices (there were only 2 on display in bluewater and they didn’t offer an option of any others) luckily there were a lot more options in Horsham and we were served by the lovely Grace who found my son 2 types of dinosaurs shoes which are so much better than the original pair we got! She was so helpful, lovely and friendly!
My son loved her and was smiling away at her, she checked the shoes fit properly (which they didn’t in bluewater they just put them on and didn’t even feel his toes or feet)
So thank you so much grace for turning such a negative experience into a much better one! I will make sure to visit Horsham for the rest of his shoes in the future!

We were seen quickly and the process was quick and easy. He also came back with an alternative option as the original ones were in stock. Nice to see someone using their initiative. We actually bought those ones as well

I walked straight in without an appointment and couldn’t believe they could see me straight away! Super friendly and patient staff! Couldn’t help enough and were so lovely with both my kids! Thank you, thank you, thank you Hareem!!!

Jamie in the Horsham store was amazing with us. So gentle and patient and really worked hard to find the right shoes for my kids who are very sensory around their footwear. He is a credit to Clarks.

Hareem helped us with picking my sons first new school shoes and trainers at the Horsham store, she was such a great help and so lovely to my son. Very informative about what she was checking for with the fit as well as sorting out insoles too. Hope she’s there to help us with our next shoe purchase! Thanks Hareem
