I popped into Hove store and spoke to Willow and Cove to ask their opinion on the wear of my Cloudstepper flipflops. I had bought them less than a month before and the sole was cracking and going white. I told the ladies that I hadn't bought them there was in town and wondered what they thought. They got straight on it, finding my receipt on their computer and finding me a choice of other pairs from their stock room. I could not believe the high standard or their customer service and all done without even having it asked of them and with a smile! A third lady later served me - also cheerfully - and I regret I didn't get her name. I hope these reviews are monitored by Head Office. This kind of customer service is so rare. Thank you Willow, Cove and lovely lady number 3 :-)

I was helped by Alara and Spencer and they gave me some excellent advice on fit and made some great suggestions that fit my needs. I’ve always struggled with getting a well fitting shoe and they both helped me find one I was happy with. They’re a credit to your team!

Very efficient and fast service. Great value. Loved by 18month old recipient.

Went into George Street, Hove branch. Received excellent service and advice from one of the female shop assistants (a 3rd year student at Sussex Uni). The shoes are good too although they’ve been downgraded from brogue style to something else. Still good quality but another example of cost cutting (a masked price increase) that we’re all so fed up with.

Alara served myself and my 89 yearold Mum. An absolute credit to the company. Professional, helpful and great customer service.

Bought a pair of shoes online for pickup at my local Clark’s shoe shop in George Street, Hove. No sooner had I placed the order, I realised I had forgotten to use a voucher to pay, but had instead paid by card. On collecting the shoes I explained my mistake to the assistant, who informed the manager of what had happened. A few minutes later, and the odd refund, resale, and all was put right. Thank you so much Martina for all your help. Absolutely fantastic service.
