Nina was brilliant and really lovely with my little boy

Nina in the Huddersfield store was very friendly and helpful and got a few different pairs out to try

Michelle at the Huddersfield branch was fantastic, really good with my kids, helping them try on shoes using an accurate measuring service and encouraging them to walk/crawl about to test if the shows were a good fit. We will be back!

The assistant Nina was the most polite and friendly of people we could have asked for. She presented a very warm and calm demeanour particularly to our 1 year old granddaughter whom we were there for her first shoes. Nina made the whole experience a very happy one for which we were very thankful. We will most certainly be visiting Nina again and will not hesitate in recommending her services to all our granddaughters friends and families. Thank you Nina 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

A couple of days ago I bought a pair of loafers and a patent leather spray. Having tried them on at home I changed my mind and decided to return them. Nothing wrong with the shoes by the way, just not suitable. When I returned them I also requested a refund for the shoecare product as it was unused. The assistant said it was Clarks' policy not to refund these products. I didn't make a fuss about this in the store, and don't blame the assistant, but the policy seems unfair when the product was unopened and the seal untouched. As far as I'm concerned it is £7 down the drain as I'm unlikely to buy patent leather shoes again. Very disappointed with Clarks over this and intend writing to them. I have searched their refund policy and cannot find anything to say that shoecare products are non-refundable.

Maariya was absolutely fabulous! She was calm and friendly throughout the entire process, making my son feel at ease. What truly impressed me was her understanding of child's foot structure and the importance of arch support. She took the time to help us find the perfect shoes with suitable insoles and ensured we got the right size. My son left the store feeling really happy and excited to wear his new shoes to school. The level of service and expertise displayed by Maariya was exceptional, and we couldn't be more pleased!

From the very moment we entered, the staff were ready to help and very organised.
We were early to a fitting, but that wasn't a problem for the staff at all. Our 2 little boys needing school shoes had Casey measure their feet with care and accuracy, even with wiggly toes!
When finding shoes which fit correctly Casey spent the time to search for them

When we needed further help with shoes care, they explained all the products which would help. They also were happy to greatly help us out on a coupon

Casey was reliable, swiftly checking with management of any issues, and going above and boyond in serving us, at a very stressful time of year.

We went to the Huddersfield store and were served by Zahra. Lovely lady and very patient. Daughter found some shoes straight away but son took longer. Did not rush us or anything. He needed insoles too. Very happy. Lovely lady.

Sian at the Huddersfield store helped both my boys choose their school shoes. She was very informative and listened to my children. She made adjustments like adding an insole and giving the option of a bigger size for more toe wiggle room. She made the back to school shoe shopping trip a much better experience.
