I have always had great service at Clarks and yesterday was no exception, I went to Lancaster with the intention of buying some walking boots/shoes almost immediately Naima was on the case, she found what I was looking for and my size, before I could say Lancaster castle, Naima had gone to the store to Find them she came back with the box and one boot shortly after, her colleague had already handed the other boot which was on the sale self. Naima was very engaged with me throughout, giving me enough space to decide if I was happy with the boots, topped me up with some leather cream to keep them good. Both Naima and her colleague was very pleasant and helpful with all questions I asked. Looking forward to using them later today.

My mother has difficulty with shoes and she was very welcoming and put mum at ease
She knew her stock well and was very efficient narrowing down what was suitable. This saved valuable time
We have shoes now that fit well and are good quality

Patient and kind staff at the Lancaster branch. Thank you particularly to Daniel who was very patient with my son who is autistic. He helped encourage him to have his feet measured when we were in today to get his sister's checked. He usually won't let us and we were successful! Also love the kids shoes here!

We visited the Lancaster store and was served by Naima, who has brilliant. We have a son with ADHD and she helped put him at ease and made it a fun experience. We buy all our shoes here, Naima is great and our son has no issues when. We take him shoe shopping now

I hate shopping for clothes and/or accessories!Needed a pair of white semi- formal shoes and walked in with trepidation! Amine who found 4 pairs for me, was so polite, kind, considerate and patient! Thank you for making the whole experience so gentle! Good luck for your future!

I love the soft leather, black boots that fit me perfectly & are so very comfortable to wear.

Naima was very helpful and got us sorted with school shoes that were perfect as quicky as she could, while being very friendly.

Laura at the Lancaster City Centre store was amazing!
I usually have difficulty finding my size in shoes. Laura painstakingly found me the right pair of shoes, checking that they were truly the correct fit and offering the right care.
She was present, attentive and kind!

Mavis was really helpful trying to get the right fit for my daughter. We tried lots of different sizes and then she found a similar pair that was in the sale and half the price and fit! So meant to be. Really good customer experience

Ethan was super helpful and very friendly with my son. Treated him as the customer even if it was me buying the school shoes. Really made my son feel valued, exceptional customer service!!

Fantastic service today from Charlie in the Lancaster shop. My granddaughter can be very shy but he soon had her laughing and engaging in her shoe choices. An absolute credit to Clarks - a great experience.

We ordered school shoes on 16/8 from the store as the style my daughter wanted was not available, I had a message to say that the shoes were due to arrive on 19/8 but they never appeared in Lancaster, we waited a week or so to see if they came in on a later delivery but they didn’t. Chelsea the store manager contacted me to say that she was going to collect the shoes we had ordered from the Preston branch and bring them to Lancaster so my daughter had the shoes she really liked.
Over and above service from Chelsea and the Lancaster team, thank you for resolving the issue for us in time for the return to school.

Chelsea from Clark’s Lancaster was incredibly helpful. While I was in the shop with my youngest daughter, she heard me telling another member of staff (who was also very helpful) that my other daughter who is autistic with learning difficulties sometimes finds shoe shopping distressing. Chelsea immediately asked if it would help if I came at the beginning or end of the day when it was quiet. Nothing was too much trouble and we arranged a time. When we came we were the only customers being measured and my daughter enjoyed the quiet shop and had a very positive experience, leaving with a pair of shoes that fit well. Chelsea offered to do things like turn the lights down and was very understanding about my daughter’s needs. We were made to feel welcome, as I have always felt in Clark’s Lancaster with both daughters. Thanks! It makes a big difference.

Went in today for my son’s school shoes. Very organised and lots of staff to help even though we had no appointment. Only had to wait a couple of minutes to be measured. Encouragement given by child friendly staff who even gave my little boy a cookie for testing out his new shoes!! The size we needed wasn’t in stock but this was easily resolved and the shoes ordered online. The £10 off trainers deal didn’t stand if ordering online but a very nice member of staff still warranted the deal for us. Amazing customer service, will definitely go back to the Lancaster store again. The girl measuring was called Eleanor and maybe Chloe was the other girls name. Very helpful and friendly members of staff
