Avoid Clarks on the Shires, Leamington Spa. We bought my 8 year old daughter’s school shoes from here and they were worn out in 3 months. We then had to deal with the exceptionally rude and unpleasant manager Julie. She said a screenshot from my internet banking, with no personal data, was a GDPR issue. Clarks need to train their staff on GDPR. They also need to get rid of Julie. Do not shop at this store unless you like shoes that wear out and to be spoken to like you’re something Julie has stepped in.

I visited Clark’s for a new pair of school shoes for my son. Shanice was incredibly approachable , friendly and helpful. This was probably my quickest visit to Clark’s in a long time. Shanice gave great customer care and communication was great. Thank you Shanice for making the trip to Clarks a painless one.

We visited the store to get shoes for my 14 year old son. Barinder was very helpful and had some good suggestions to ensure a good fit. He was also very kind checking the fit for new boots for me!

Barinder was so helpful helping with our sons foot measurement and advising us which shoes would be best for him. Barinder checked the fit of the shoe on our sons feet very thoroughly. We had all confidence in him and would definitely return to the store to see Barinder again.

Excellent service yesterday from Barbinder. He was so patient and helpful with my 93 year dad. Nothing was too much trouble, he was a joy and a reminder that going to a store is the best option. Mums turn next! Thank you.

Two staff in store, one finished serving a customer as we arrived. The other staff member was doing a job at the counter. Neither staff member acknowledged us in the store even though there were no other customers. My daughter found a shoe to try on, but needed the matching shoe. Neither staff member were interested in helping they just stood at the desk talking amongst themselves. Went to the desk to ask for help, told they were both busy. A man came into the shop for an order, he was served. I still waited. I asked again for help, explaining I’d been waiting. Eventually one of the staff decided she would go very reluctantly to get the matching shoe. She came back threw the shoes in the box at my daughter and stormed off. No customer service at all! Shocking behaviour from staff. Both had a very off handed manner, couldn’t be bothered to help. No questions about what we were looking for or suggesting other options she could try etc. I just gave up! Clearly not interested in selling their product!

I must have tried on ten pairs of shoes, and she was super helpful, friendly, and cheerful the entire time. She was so helpful that I left with two pairs! I never leave reviews but Barinder deserves it. He went above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer service, even though we turned up just as the store was closing. I would totally understand if I felt rushed but it was the opposite experience so thank you, Barinder! How lucky is Clarks to have you... I'm also quite happy with the quality of the boots I bought.

I visited clarks store in Leamington spa for the 2nd time since my daughter has needed her feet measuring and new shoes since starting to walk in June. I have had two fantastic experiences after Kellie helped us both times, she is friendly, good with my daughter and helped us find the right shoes.
