Love the shoes the shop staff was very helpful and polite when I picked them up unfortunately wish I could say the same about the online customer service
I ordered the wrong size shoes I tried to correct my mistake the very next day the lady from customer service was very abrupt and no help or polite in anyway so 10/10 for shoes and shop staff but 2/10 for customers service lady .

Sister and I came to our children measured for shoes. Danielle was very efficient and quick in measuring them up. Was also helped by Crystal - very friendly, patient and helpful will definitely return. Very pleasant experience

Zero communication after purchase
After purchase, I was given a date of delivery of 7 days. It took 11 days. I spoke with the store to see if they had received my purchase and they mentioned that they hadn't, after a couple of hours on the 11 days I got a call back that they had the delivery but were unable to update this on their systems. I wonder how long it would have taken if I didn't follow up. No communication nor updates.

I visited clarks to buy a pair of new shoes for my toddler at the Lewisham store and was helped by Crystal.
Crystal is extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice regarding my toddlers feet and put me at ease regarding a issue my toddler has with his feet, she also helped find the perfect pair of shoes. Excellent website with option to collect from your local store. This means you get to try the fit and get a refund there and then if unsuitable. My shoes were a perfect fit and great value for money. Very happy.
