I've always had the best experience at this shop - very accommodating, patient and knowledgeable to advise us each time when we have purchased a pair of shoes for my son.. Recently I had a problem with a pair of shoes that were faulty - this resulted in a 25% discount off my next pair of Clark's shoes - I am so happy always with the professional service received - Thanks Emily you kept to your word.

Totally Let Down
Goodmorning,
I phoned Clarkes on the 8th September after writing a review re a complaint.
I was waiting 50 min for someone to answer which I find totally ridiculous and insulting to your customers. The young lady was well mannered but no help what so ever ,total waste of my time ,so disappointing!!!!!!

The assistant measured my child wrong. He cried every time we put the shoes on him. Only worn once. Waste of money.

Great customer service
Went in to Clarks Llandudno today wth my daughter to buy my grandson's first school shoes. He is a very sensitive little thing and really dislikes situations like this - having his feet measured, trying on shoes, talking to people he's never met before. The lady who served us (Claire) spoke to him very softly and showed a real understanding of his needs. She showed empathy and kindness and made a normally stressful experience much more manageable for our little boy. Great customer service. Thank you.

Anwen's 5 star service at Clarks Llandudno
Anwen was very helpful sizing our daughter's feet and selecting 4 or 5 different shoe sizes and widths to make sure the shoes fitted correctly. She spent at least 15 minutes fitting the different shoes sizes and clearly cared that only the correct shoe size would do.
Anwen is a credit to Clarks, she gave the level of service you always hope for but rarely experience.
