Visited Clarks shop in Foyleside in Derry today, was assisted by Roisin who was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable.
A wonderful experience and all the staff were also great and the manager, Mary, is a great asset to customers.
I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Ryan was amazing today really quick service, and really helpful he was able to get me sorted within minutes, gentleman really professional hes a 10 outta 10

Myself and my husband took my two little girls for fitting and new shoes and we were served by Ryan. He was friendly, helpful and we will definitely be returning for our next shoes there. Fantastic way with the kids which made the usual nightmare a dream.

Today I visited the Clark’s shop with my son and 2 grand daughters. The experience from start to finish is how shopping should be! One of grand daughters has special needs (autism/LD) and shopping can sometimes be difficult but not today! The sales assistant, Jennifer was warm and very helpful and couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately the boots for my autistic grand daughter were not suitable and she was disappointed but more so that she wasn’t getting the funky box! Jennifer went into store and brought out colouring pages and crayons which saved a meltdown. Thank you so much Jennifer for making our visit so special x

Clarks Derry. I should have went years ago.
Thank you for the knowledge and help when I was referred to Clarks by a podiatrist. Measured my feet and explained the width options. Lovely manager Claire that couldn’t do enough and the banter with the rest of staff Roisin was refreshing

I expected to get an email from Clarks when my sandals were delivered. I did not. I think your communication with your customers could be greatly improved. I had actually forgotten I ordered these. The sandals were very narrow and I had to return them.

I took my two teenage daughters to clarks in foyleside. We were welcomed by Claire,
And told waiting time would be less than 5 minutes (crazy busy). Leah then helped to measure and fit the girls with school shoes. Leah was very helpful and recommended best fits.
Thank you to Claire for taking the time to ask the girls about their new school and tell them she once attended their new school so the shoes they picked are perfect. They are delighted.

Issue with Clark’s foyleside county derry. Very disappointing service getting baby’s first shoes. Shop assistants were pleasant and courteous but the same doesn’t apply to their manager, it’s maybe not in her job description to give the recommended shoes and place her hands on the child to see if the shoes fit. I left feeling very disappointed with the service and shoes i am not totally satisfied with

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Clark’s especially Claire. I called in today with my elderly mother. I was very nervous to shop with her as she becomes very uneasy in new settings.
Claire spoke with me to find out all my mother’s needs, while chatting and keeping my mother calm. She’s explained every step. And let my mother explore shop as she got distracted. Claire’s empathy and patience were on another level. Thank you so so much. She’s so happy with her “dancing shoes”.

The service and professionalism of Deirdre was excellent. Attended to all my needs efficiently.
