I was served by Ruby S. who was friendly and attentive. Her customer service was excellent and made the process of buying shoes very easy. I found her advice about aftercare products very helpful.

We visited the Clarks Longwell Green store. We were immediately greeted by Toby and asked the reason for our visit. I responded to say that we were here for school shoes. Toby took us to the children’s section and measured my son’s feet whilst I looked for possible shoe options. Toby was efficient and patient with my son and provided excellent and attentive service. We chose the same pair as we had last year — the Keelan Flare Black Leather School Shoes, as my son finds them comfortable and i find the quality excellent as they lasted my son for the entire academic year. I highly recommend Toby.

Summer was fantastic. She helped us get 2 pairs of school shoes. She had excellent knowledge of the stock and what would be a good fit for my children. She was kind, polite and friendly. The patience of a saint! Well done Summer.

Today, in the Longwell Green branch, we were served by Hassan. He was so professional, smiley and endlessly patient even though the shop was super busy.
My daughter was relaxed and happy and found the perfect fitting pair of school shoes.

Had the best experience at longwell green. We were served by the wonderful elsie who measured my feet perfectly and bought out an array of shoes for me to try. Service was exceptional, elsie was fabulous! Thankyou elsie! Will be back next time I need shoes.

Arrived at the long well green store in Bristol, was welcomed by a worker named Summer. Was happy to help me with what I was trying to look for and it never seemed to much hassle or effort. Helped me find the right pair of shoes and also managed to entice me into some shoe care products (which i will definitely be using). Will definitely return again when i need to replace the current ones

Had a great experience in the longwell green store.
Clare was great! So patient with both my girls, especially the 2 year old who is a whirlwind! She learned their names and was so lovely with them.
Eventually the girls chose some shoes they liked.

Clare was fantastic at fitting my three children with new school shoes on a Friday evening when they still had lots of energy to burn! She gave each of them plenty of options and thoroughly checked the fit, all with a lovely manner and extreme patience! Thank you.
