The lady who assisted our daughter in finding new training shoes was liv from Loughborough Clark’s . She was very patient and helpful with my daughter Kim , who is autistic and lives in assisted living. So it is a relief and a good thing when we have a day or event with no incidents . This is normal for most people but not for Kim and her family, so thank you.

Friendly help with shoe fitting, no pressure to buy. Lovely selection of kids shoes, especially for girls.

We had a really nice experience at Clarkes Loughborough - picking up a pair of boots for my wife and ordering another pair for collection in a few days time, ZAINAB was very pleasant, helpfull and friendly..

Visited the Loughborough store to try a pair boots seen online. Though the boots weren't on view in the shop, the staff were very helpful in finding the right ones in the correct size quickly. Lil was helpful in checking the fit and advising on cleaning products. Happily use this store again.

Came in with our son to buy his first pair of proper shoes. Chenel was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone because of the amazing service and welcome we got from the team.

After having much trouble finding shoes to fit, my wife was served by Abi at Loghborough Clarkes and she was able to find a perfect fit.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, they took the time to help me find the perfect fitting shoes for me. I was served by a lady called Nazira.

Dealt with Nazira in the Loughborough branch. She was extremely helpful and had a lovely demeanour through the transaction.

Nazira was friendly and kind, and did a great job of making my 4 year old feel like a valued customer.
The only downside was quite a long wait for fitting, but there were only 2 staff in the shop so absolutely not their fault! In fact, they remained calm, professional and helpful despite clearly being rushed off their feet!

I was looking for a pair of long black leather boots. The lady Nazira was very helpful and courteous. I choose a pair with the help of Nazira and when paying she suggested a sign up for the email which gave me discount then because I am 60 I got further discount. I was very happy with my experience at Clark’s today.

Knowledgeable staff and quick to help find the product required.
After buying a pair of shoes and trying on at home, they didn’t feel right in the sizing. A quick call to the store to find out if they had alternative sizes, Naura was helpful and quickly located that alternative sizes were in stock to try on in store. I’ve now exchanged for a better fitting shoe. Thank you for your help and advice.

Ellie helped us find some new shoes for my little girl. She persisted in finding the right shoes for her (even though it took several attempts - wide feet, narrow heels) and was friendly & professional throughout despite the store being very busy. We’d always recommend Clark’s Loughborough as that staff there are brilliant & always happy to help.

Staff always really helpful and very knowledgeable. Have been 3 times in the past 3 months to get various shoes for my kids, and incredibly positive experience each time.
I've tried buying shoes for them from various places, but always default back to Clarks for the longevity of the shoes.
Had an issue with a pair I'd bought recently, and came in to discuss - really great customer service and brilliant in resolving.
And a big thank you to Angel - who helped us with the recent issue and previously in measuring the kids up. She is absolutely brilliant, fantastic with the kids, and a big factor in our return visits!
