She made the whole event so much easier with her calm manner and everyone came away happy with their new shoes and the experience !

Visited Clarks in Louth and received absolutely excellent customer service. Amy was fantastic and really helped me, she was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely return when I next need to purchase shoes, excellent service and lovely shoes, thank you so much!

Amy in the Louth store was excellent- very patient with two boys. Stock on show in the store is a little sparse but Amy did a great job finding 3 pairs of shoes from the stockroom which matched our requirements perfectly

A great experience in store. Harriet was absolutely brilliant with my children; she was kind and patient and responded so well when my son needed a bit more time to choose and think about it. She also got some giggles out of them too! She did the job perfectly and managed to measure both children’s feet and we left with the school shoes my son liked (which I actually hadn’t intended to get just then but Harriet was so good, it just made perfect sense to get them then). Thank you so much Harriet.

Best service. It was a great experience going to clarks for my sons first school shoes. Easy to book appointments online and the team were efficient enough to cancel an appointment I made later in the week. Laura was fast, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Found us all the perfect shoes we needed. Boys had the best time at the shoe fitting and put at ease. It was such a relaxing time.

We went to Louth Clarks today for the first time. We needed two measure and fits for school shoes.
Served by Amy and Harriet who were both very helpful, knowledgeable and great with my children.
My son needed a few varying styles from the stock room to be able to choose the right pair. Very attentive and made sure the fit was correct.

We had a fantastic shopping experience at Clarks Louth, which is largely down to Harriet. She was so good with my son, quickly working him out, offering a sticker to get him to engage. She was thorough with the measuring and offering different options. When my 4yo was distracted she quickly got his attention again. We had her undivided attention and her enthusiasm was contagious. First school shoes purchased and shoe stickers too. Thank you for being so 'fun' and providing a first class service.

I visited Clark's shoe shop in Louth this morning looking for a pair of sandals. I was served by Harriet who was extremely helpful. She brought various styles in two sizes to make sure I got a good fit. I will certainly return next time I need new shoes.

I was helped at the Louth branch by a great woman (Dawn or Danni, sorry not sure by the handwriting) who was welcoming and helpful. She measured by sons feet, helped find shoes that fit (ordering them to be delivered) and then gave my son a sticker for being a good boy. Great customer service as always in Louth

I always manage to find something to buy from the Louth (Lincolnshire) branch of Clarks. Today I found four pairs of shoes in the sales and couldn’t pass them by. Many thanks to Dawn for her kind assistance.

I originally had to travel to the Louth store which is a 46 mile round trip for me as my local Skegness store closed. I was served by Lesley.
I originally wanted to buy two pairs of shoes for myself and two for my daughter. The stock of the children’s shoes was minimal and I was given the size to order online. (which I did order online and had to pay for postage and returns) as the given size didn’t fit.

Upon coming home and trying my shoes on. I was given the wrong size within the box, and charged incorrectly for my daughters. I rang the store the next morning and was given no other option apart from make the 46 mile trip again.
Before attending the store I rang again to let the staff know I was coming in and to make sure the shoe size I needed was in stock.
When I got to the store neither of the staff knew anything about it. I had to wait for my shoes to be found. In all fairness I was given a slight refund, in which worked out no different as they had an offer on if buying two pairs of shoes.
The refund barely covered my petrol let alone the afternoon I had to take off work to make the trip.

I am really disappointed in Clark’s and will no longer be returning to the Louth store.

The two ladies in your Louth branch were awesome. Dawn was extremely supportive and knowledgable and attention to detail all the way to walking us to the door and getting the door for us. The lady, whose name I’ve forgotten, who played with our 2 year old was equally as brilliant. I don’t leave reviews generally but this service was exceptional.
I’m a manager in a customer service environment and would happily employ both of these people.

Oh wow Amy was absolutely brilliant today ! I popped in at the end of the day to pick up some boots and decided to have a quick look at some sandals ! Amy was so knowledgeable and friendly and I ended up buying two pairs of sandals as well !! Amy deserves a pay rise I think 😉

I recently visited Clark’s in Louth to treat myself to a new pair of shoes. What a great experience - friendly and efficient staff who could not have been more helpful. Lovely store in Louth High Street. I was served by Harriet who was so very helpful and happily ran upstairs for numerous styles in different sizes to make sure my purchase was spot on. The store being fairly small didn’t hold stock of every style I liked so Harriet suggested ordering in a couple of alternate styles in for me.

Bought a pair of ladies trainers in the sale today at the Louth branch and as usual they fit well & are very comfortable

Excellent service today in Louth Clarks from Paula and Lisa. Couldn't have been more helpful in trying to find school shoes to fit my daughter. Also made our little dog very welcome! Thank you, we would highly recommend them.
