Jo was fabulous
The shop was very busy but she acknowledged us and made us know she would be with us shortly
She was completely in control despite probably not having enough staff for the back to school rush

We were assisted today in the lowestoft store by a lovely lady named Trinity, 😀
She was so helpful with my daughter who has some serious sensory issues and her biggest issue is socks and shoes! Trinity was patient, kind and understanding with my daughter and for the first time in 7 years we had a shoe shopping experience without a meltdown or tears! Success! Thank you!

Jess from the Lowestoft branch served us today. She was helpful, polite and very professional. Excellent knowledge of shoe fitting and we came away with the perfect pair of schools shoes for my daughter to start high school in. Modern and very comfortable.

I visited the Lowestoft store with my son today to find school shoes. We were assisted by Trinity, who was lovely and calm, she listened to what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Lily from Clarks was an absolute star helping my daughter with school shoes, she finds shoe shopping overwhelming and Lily helped get her the best fit for her feet; helping the process to be painless for me! Great Service at the Lowestoft store today. Partner has very wide feet and difficulty with shoes. Jo used her wealth of knowledge to help support with all our questions and we left with the right shoes for our wedding. One less thing to worry about. Very lovely lady and a nice relaxed environment. No hard sell. :)

I was helped by a staff member called Jo at their Lowestoft store who was knowledgeable and found me a pair of very comfortable wider fit shoes, perfect for my job which entails a lot of walking during my 11.5 hour shift. No pushy sales pitch and given time to make sure they were a comfortable fit. Always a good store to visit with a good range of quality shoes albeit relatively expensive but you get what you pay for and foot health is important.
