Great customer service from Zanda in the Lowestoft store.
The shop was a little busy with school shoe fitting - but we were greeted as we arrived, the store was well managed and all staff were polite.

Had a great experience in Clark’s Lowestoft store yesterday. We was served by a lovely lady named Trinity :) she was kind, friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make conversation with my sons who were both there to have shoe fittings for school. We always end up back at Clark’s for comfy reliable shoes for school. Highly recommend. Thank you x

We had a great experience in Lowestoft yesterday. We were served by Jo, who was so patient with our daughter and our 2 younger girls. We were given excellent advice and have one very happy girl strutting around in her new school shoes.

I needed to buy some black boots for my daughter from the Lowestoft branch, but there were none in stock (not unexpected- it's a relatively small store). The assistant, Laura, was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We found a style of shoe from the same range and tried on 4 different sizes - Laura was very conscientious about checking the fit in all directions to help us decide which size boot to have delivered.

Amazing service from Trinity at the Clarks store in Lowestoft today. My daughter has severe learning needs and Trinity took the time to talk directly to my daughter and make her feel at ease. My daughter does not like talking to strangers and I found her answering the questions and talking about what she had been doing. Trinity was helpful and patient and sought advice when unsure. Excellent assistant.

Got my baby’s first shoes at their Lowestoft branch. They were very busy so we waited a little but were very well looked after and it didn’t take too long for them to get to us. Trinity was so lovely and patient measuring and getting the right shoes. There was another lady as we walked in who looked after us while waiting but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Lovely experience, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We will definitely go back to Clarks to get my daughter shoes every time. Keep it up and thank you

Very pleased as always with the staff,they are super friendly and very helpful. Special shout out to Ella. Made both my girls very comfortable when picking their school shoes and engaging with them in a conversation. Definitely be back next time 🙂.

My sister and I took our elderly mother to Clarks in Lowestoft to buy a couple of pairs of shoes. Laura could not have been more helpful. She allowed my mother the additional time she needed to put the shoes on and walk around in them. Laura showed patience, politeness and a friendly smile throughout the process. My mother was delighted with her purchased and the service received. Thank you Laura and Lowestoft Clarks!

The young man named Zanda,who served us in the lowestoft Clarks store was great with my 6 year old granddaughter. He chatted to her about school and put her at ease before measuring her feet. He explained to Her exactly what he was doing and was very thorough on his fitting technique. It was a pleasurable experience all round and we left the shop with school shoes, trainers and appropriate care products for the shoes. Would definitely shop here again.

CHILI WAS AMAZING, WE HAD 5 CHILDREN, 3 WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND SHE WAS SO LOVELY WITH THEM. SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Laila was very attentive to my children getting their school shoes and ensured they fit properly before our purchase. She also made us aware of offers available if we were in need of any more shoes.

I was helped by Ella at Lowestoft Clark’s. She was very helpful and very patient with my 2 year old. She was very friendly and polite.

Now in Lowestoft store Jo and the team was fantastic very helpful and friendly every time we go in amazing customer service

We went into the Lowestoft store today to have my daughters feet measured and fitted for new school shoes, we were served by Trinity and she was absolutely fab she made the effort to make conversation with mu daughter and was extremely helpful! Thanks for a lovely visit.

What an excellent experience I had in the Lowestoft store. As always the staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jo who always goes above and beyond with her level of service. We always shop in this Clark’s because of it. Two pairs later we walked away happy.
