There was poo on the seats.

Lovely staff who try their best to help. Great buys.
Can be hit or miss depending on the season.
Always our first stop when the kids need new shoes.
Shame we need to pay for parking though.

Hamza was amazing during our children’s shoe fitting today. He was super helpful. Knowledgeable and made sure the fit was correct. He took his time and helped with further sizes. He was proactive in helping look for more styles for my son. Thank you Hamza, what a great customer experience

Visited the Clarks outlet in media City and was fitted by Zainab for my two girls school shoes and pumps. Both have high arch and wide instep so always tricky to get shoes for. Zainab was very thorough and spent a long time with each girl to ensure a perfect fit. I didn’t feel rushed at all and would recommend.

Zainab at the media city Clarks outlet was super friendly and helpful to me and my son. The store was busy but she was patient and listened to my son’s concerns about how certain shoes he’d worn in the past hurt his feet. My son has autism and going into a shoe shop to try on shoes and get measured is very daunting for him. But she put him at ease and put a smile on his face. Thank you for all your help

Great customer service experience today from Andrew at the lowry outlet. Nothing was to much trouble and even though they didn't have the shoes in stock, he assisted with the on-line order. His service was superb and was very knowledgeable on the products. Thanks Andrew, keep up the great work, your a credit to clarks

Michael was amazing in the Lowry was always helping and never fed up of the kids even after trying on 5 pairs thank for the lovely customer support!

Andrew in the Salford Quays branch was amazing. He went above and beyond to find suitable shoes for my son's feet. He stayed 20 mins after his finish time to ensure we found the right shoe. Really appreciate his help.

Not many shops it's like a ghost town most shops are closed down

Great service from Rebecca (measuring) & Saaliha (fit check), all the staff were really friendly & helpful & even though the store was busy we didn't feel rushed at all. This is our 2nd year going to Clarks Outlet & we've been so happy with the service & price

Kieron M made me feel so comfortable and validated when helping me find a pair of shoes for my daughter! I was worried about going in since she can get overstimulated when doing these things in shops, but he made her feel so reassured and helped us in no time at all! Amazing customer skills!

Jace m at the Salford quays store was lovely. Helped my kids and talked about their interests and took the chore out of getting school shoes.

Leah G and Kiera at Salford Quays were incredibly patient and helpful. We took our 4 year old son, who is awaiting an autism diagnosis, for a pair of school shoes and they were so understanding. They explained that if our son is struggling, we can ring the shop and they can arrange a quieter slot time for fitting. This was so reassuring. Their knowledge of shoes and fitting was excellent and they did everything they could to help.

Fantastic service at the Lowry Clarks shop. Jack Michelson measured the children’s feet, he explained everything he was doing to the children and explain why he was doing it. He put the children at ease and made the process a pleasant one. He was so patient and calm he is an excellent advert for Clark’s

We did our annual trip to Clark’s Outlet at the Lowry in Salford Quays and so grateful that you can book an appointment before they open so my son who has ASD, ADHD, FASD can have feet measured before starting big school! It means he could access this! Thank you so much to the team there especially Samiha (forgive spelling) who my son said was “very soothing”! He was so anxious but the team made the trip a success! Thank you!
