User friendly website, free store collection and Black Friday offers which were great. Easy and quick collection, very good customer service in store.

We have a 9.5m old baby which we wanted shoes for. We booked a service to be measured at Manchester fort and we had an absolutely fantastic experience with Anil I think his name was (sorry- baby brain I’m not sure but he was honestly great and I can’t sing his praises enough). It was a really easy process and he was super patient and knowledgable too. Will be going back to store for the foreseeable for all shoe sizing needs for baby boy 👌🏼 thank you

Excellent service provided by Michelle! She was brilliant with my 4 year old son. She fitted him with new school shoes and trainers, carefully making sure they fit properly. Going up or down a size until they were right. I didn't need to intervene once as she has a great way with my son & he listened to her. It seemed to take no time at all & we walked out happy. Would definitely recommend to get Michelle to fit your child's shoes at the Man fort branch.

Attended Clarkes to get my little boys feet measured- he is autistic and it is normally a challenging experience.
Anil the manager was amazing and patient, he managed to measure his feet and try the shoes on- very impressed with how he engaged with my little boy and managed the situation!!

Fantastic service! Michelle H based at Manchester Fort provided a professional service. Attentive in measuring my son’s feet ensuring the correct size and shoes of his liking were ordered. Shoes arrived earlier than expected, which was a bonus. An excellent service, we will be visiting again!

Anil and the staff at Clarks were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in fitting my daughters’ school shoes, one of them being her first school shoe fitting! They were thorough with the measuring and made sure the girls had the right fit in the shoes they chose. Would recommend!

Just had to write to say how Anil made what could have been a very stressful experience of buying school shoes for twins a pleasure. He sorted out a warehouse issue in seconds and I am a very happy customer that will return straight to the Manchester fort store next year. Thank you.

I visited Clarks and was assisted by a staff member named Fajar. Although the shoe I wanted wasn’t in stock, Fajar was incredibly professional and patient. She quickly showed me similar options and made the whole process so easy. Her friendly attitude, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out.

Came into store today at Manchester fort and was greeted straight away by Lillie-Mae. Lillie-Mae was welcoming and polite, she measured my son’s feet and brought a range of shoes out that the store had in his size. Lillie-Mae ensured the shoes were a good fit and my son was happy with how they felt. A positive experience and Lillie-Mae is an asset to the team. Thank you again!

Went in today with my 2 children to have the shoes I'd bought at another store checked as I felt they weren't right. Anil was brilliant, sorted us out and changed them for us. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and made me feel as a parent that he has made sure they were fitted correctly with his knowledge and experience. Would like to thank the staff at Manchester Fort. They are always lovely kind and patient with my children. We book here each year for our back to school measure and shoes despite not living in the area.
Would like to especially give praise to Anil, the lovely manager of the store. We had a number if payment methods and a Twins Trust discount to be used which, unfortunately, were accidently inputted in the wrong order to the payment system. Anil was kind and patient with both the staff and my family. He was determined to make sure we received the discount despite the difficulties encountered by Clarks' digital systems. Thank you Anil. Excellent shopping experience in Manchester Fort clarks today, the manager was very patient and helpful. I had gift cards that were not scanning, he spent about 15 minutes helping to sort it out and didn't give up till it was sorted.

Great customer service from Adila, explained fitting of shoe and offered various choices of footwear for my son .
