Our experience in Clark’s Trafford Centre back in 25/02/2026 has been wonderful because of the assistance of a young lady whose name is JEN!!!✨

She is brilliantly patient and has a passion for work! I do hope she is still in Clarks Trafford Centre and she gets to read this!

My experience was excellent! Yusra from the Trafford Centre Branch was so helpful when it came to finding school shoes for the kids. Yusra was patient, friendly, and made sure we got the right fit. What stood out most was how kind, patient and attentive she was listening to what we needed and making sure the children were comfortable and happy with their shoes. It made what's always a last minute and stressful task so much easier. I left feeling confident in our choices, and the kids love their new shoes. Would definitely recommend the service to anyone!

We were made to feel welcome on entry to the store last Sunday by a friendly smiling lady ( sorry we forget her name ) who introduced us to Jess who was more than helpful , knowledgeable and quite persuasive in a very quiet way . Whilst she was accessing different footwear from storage we were offered help from other members of the team . As a typical grumpy old-ish male who really doesn’t want to be there in the first place I found that the attitude of the staff and especially Jess very refreshing and enjoyable.Well done to all and please give Jess a well deserved pay rise !

I went to Clark’s at the Trafford center today. I was helped out by a staff member named Rosa who was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for some shoes for a wedding in Thailand which matched my outfit and she found me the most smashing shoes and in quick timing as well. She also showed me this amazing shoe polish I bought for an affordable price of £6. Aswell as that I was also supported by a great lady called Michelle who seemed very experience and definitely knew her onions, showing me all the fabulous school shoes on offer which I actually did buy. The staff here are fab and my day was truly made

Trafford Centre Branch: Suly and a lady with blonde hair and glasses were great. Kind, good with kids and quick! Other stores in Trafford Centre can learn a lot from these 2!

Me and my husband visited the Clarks Trafford Centre shop on Saturday 17th Jan and I was absolutely appalled with the behaviour of the manager(male, quite tall, grey hair) of the shop, all though it was not to me or my husband personally, the way he was talking to his staff was one word - DISGUSTING. A lovely boy named Huzail had been helping us, his customer service was brilliant and he’s such a gentleman so I was very shocked when the manager came out from the back (bare in mind this was the first impression i had of him)and the first thing he did was raised his voice at the poor boy using words like “flipping” and “for god sake” his tone was off and he was so unbelievably RUDE and NASTY but most importantly no manger should be trying to embarrass their staff in-front of customer the way he did. Just looks like an old man trying to put young people down, will not be returning and I hope all your staff get out of there ASAP because you don’t deserve any of them.

Great shopping experience at Clark's, Trafford Centre today. I had great assistance from Jen - who knew her products well, was patient and courteous, made helpful suggestions, & had a very friendly manner. She took time to be sure I got the boots I wanted. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

Shocking service at Clarks Trafford Centre. We asked a staff member for help and were told to wait, with no mention at all of a ticket system. After standing there for 20–25 minutes, we asked another staff member called Mohammed, who abruptly told us we needed a ticket—while customers who arrived long after us were already being served.

Mohammed showed zero apology, no willingness to help, and spoke to us in a rude, dismissive way. For someone claiming to be an associate manager today, his attitude and behaviour were completely unacceptable.

This store clearly lacks basic customer service, communication, and professionalism. A genuinely awful experience that has put us off shopping at Clarks entirely which is such a shame as we been shop at clarks for years and always had a positive experience even at their busy period at this store.

Having failed to find boots that fit in a well known nearby department store, we headed to Clarks where Larissa M provided patient, polite service and solved the fit problem by offering an insole. Very impressed we will return.

Huzail was absolutely brilliant. Provided a fantastic service and helped me choose the correct size thanks to his input.

Lovely staff. Although size wasn’t available in store, I was informed that they were available online. My child is autistic and the member of staff in the Trafford centre store was amazing with her.

My Husband and I brought our little girl in for her 2nd pair of shoes today and we were served by Sana. She was so so lovely and really helpful in picking out the right pair of shoes for our little girl.

Went into Trafford Centre Clarks and had an amazing colleague called Hatty help my son and I with some school shoes. Hatty went above and beyond to make sure we got the right pair.

Outstanding service and great quality.
