Went with my partner and my baby to measure and get his first pair of shoes. Brodie made the experience calm and reassured my son the whole way through. No problem was too big for her. She went over and beyond with brilliant customer service skills. Was a lovely experience for us as a family.

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Clarks MacArthur Glen for holiday. After walking around the ship for a short time, two pairs cut into my feet. The third pair look awful, because the lining is coming through the lace holes. I contacted Clarks highlighting the problems and advising that I will take the shoes back to the store, but they would have to pay the return costs. They ignored my email, then sent a short glib note saying return them to store. No comment on my injuries or the return costs.
I've contacted Clarks, again, several times, asking if I can return the goods by Royal Mail, no reply, again. They just keep ignoring the complaint. I'm sending the shoes back. If I do not get a refund, including the returns costs. I intend taking Clarks to court. I'm not spending £75.00 on rubbish shoes I can't wear.

This person has not replied to any of my subsequent emails, or indeed offered any case ID
An order number is not available as the shoes were purchased, in store.
If you would please supply an email address, I can email my till receipt

So much for send us the information. We will try to help you with this problem and oh, we are really sorry.
Well, that was a load of bilge.
Clarks are doing what Clarks do best. Ignoring the matter.
Perhaps they don't have an email address.
Donelle J couldn't even provide a case ID.
I will be referring this to Consumer Direct and Trading Standards.
Clarks managed to get £74.00 from me by producing 3 pair of rubbish shoes, from the back of the store, which they fobbed me off with. Buyer beware !

Thank you for your advice to use the link, but I have contacted Clarks Customer Services dept. 4 times and have not received any reply. Do you have any other solution, which will settle the matter.

Visited Mansfield out Charlotte was so helpful to my baby girl customer service was 10/10. One of the best employee here

We visited the Mansfield outlet store today on a school visit. We are a special educational needs school and as part of our life and living skills, we were working on identifying correct shoe sizes. Charlotte demonstrated such patience, care and excellent customer service skills, allowing our students to take their time communicating that they required help and measuring each of their feet, writing down their sizes for them. Then offering to hang around to provide any further support, should we require it. Not all businesses are as accommodating as this, unfortunately. However, we received brilliant customer service today, at this store.

Went to the McArthur Glen Clarks outlet (Junction 28) as I needed shoes for my sons. My eldest and I were blown away by the customer service of Max. Fantastic, friendly customer service. Highly recommned this store. Customer service by both Max and his manager, Laura, ensured we got quality and excellent value for money on our visit. Very satisfied customers!

Our whole entire family are big fans of Clarks for years, very happy with our purchases always.

We’ve used Clarke’s twice now for our daughter’s shoes and have been really pleased with the service. We’ve recently had to contact customer services regarding a refit. The communication from Linda B was really helpful and she advised us to revisit the store. The store experience was great, the staff listened well to our requests and the issue was dealt with whilst we were there. Thanks again 😊

Took my little one to have his feet measured today and what a wonderful experience it was.
We have been looked after by Jacqui, who straight away picked up little ones name to get his attention and provided and absolutely valuable expertise while measuring both feet.We then moved to shoes discussion and again Jacqui knew exactly what she was doing while checking little man's feet being perfectly fitted.I was well impressed as we struggled in the past with both measuring and choosing best fit (we tried 5pairs last time and none was comfortable). A huge thank you to Jacqui and we will surely be back in a future seeking her expertise and advise! An absolute Gem you have there! Thank you ever so much 🙏
