My daughter and I went to melton mowbray Clark’s Store this afternoon for my daughter’s school shoe fitting.
Shout out ☺️ to Julie the manager she was fantastic and attentive to my daughters choice of shoes and the fitting, she was happy to look at other styles and made me feel at ease as I thought we would be walking out with no school shoes :(
But she was brilliant and found the style my daughter liked and even her size!

Fantastic customer service
Jason at the Melton Mowbray branch was absolutely fantastic with my daughter when we were buying school shoes. He found the perfect pair to fit her first time, which has never happened before as her feet are very narrow. Thank you so much for making back to school shopping a great experience!

I had a brilliant service from the Melton Mowbray store
I had a brilliant service from the Melton Mowbray store after my online order arrived with the wrong product. Julie, in store, advised me by telephone to pop into store to organise an exchange. She and her colleagues also kindly checked the fitting of my ordered shoes. They also helpfully explained that I could have used my Blue Light card discount in store - when I'd researched online about this, it suggested it was only an online offer.
I give the store 5 stars - the 4 stars above reflects the frustrating online process with a wrong order coming which when would have been a much longer process to correct.
