I like this branch of clarks in midsummer shopping mall and the one who helped me Zidaan was so nice and gentle i like him he deserves 10 stars

I’m writing this review purely because of the customer service we received today. Zidaan helped my little boy find some school shoes. He had such a lovely, gentle and professional way about him. Such brilliant customer service, thank you Zidaan.

The worker lily that served us when I was getting new shoes was super helpful.She went over what you expected from a worker by looking if they had any of the shoes I want in my size in the back as there wasn’t any on the shelf’s .

I was served by an amazing young man called Tinyan, who helped me with getting the right shoe size I was looking for and provided excellent customer service and we had a fantastic conversation. He is a real credit and asset to Clarks in every way and I look forward to returning in the future and hope he is still there when I do!

The manager was really helpful and resourceful. I didnt know i could re-order my current boots which were worn out. She ordered them. The service was brilliant.

Zidaan was so kind to my kids and really helpful. He was patient and made sure we had everything we needed. When the shoes we wanted weren’t in stock he brought so lovely alternatives which we ended up buying. Really great experience. Thanks for all your help Zidaan.

We were served by James for our son’s first pair of shoes and he was incredibly helpful. He was lovey with our son and knowledgeable on his stock and fit of various brands etc.the experience was made easy and straightforward and thanks to James I will be going back for all my sons foot measurements and shoes in the future!

Great customer service from Nell, Really pleasant and efficient. Came away with a great pair of boots at a bargain price.

We visited the store today for a shoe fitting with our 4 year old son and had a great experiance. We were served by Millie who made him feel at easy and had a real natural way with children. She was really engaging and made the whole process fun.

We visited the Milton Keynes store today to get our two daughters some boots and had a really positive experience. Amy was really helpful, didn’t rush us, was great with our children and helped our eldest daughter find some lovely school boots which has been a tricky task as she has wider feet. Thanks, Amy!

Purchased a pair of shoes using Klarna. The shoes too narrow took them to a local Clark’s store to return but because it is purchased using Klarna unable to return in store. Now I have to have £2.95 deducted from the refund purely because it was not made clear in the ordering process. Won’t use Clark’s again!

We had a great experience at Clarks. Abby helped us find the right size for my daughter, measured her feet carefully, and showed us good options. We bought both school and sports shoes, and the process was smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Abby!

Although Clark’s in Whitley Southampton are limited on choice, both men and women. I found it very easy to deal with a very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly a young Ukrainian lady called Olena. I ended up changing a pair of shoes that I had brought on line and purchasing another two pairs.
It is very sad that you closed both your Gosport and Fareham branches, and inconvenient.
