Lovely service from Manager Gemma in Milton Keynes Kingston branch. Had an issue with the quality of one shoe we bought out toddler. She helped me to sort it out. Was very helpful and professional. Thank you very much.

Rude store manager and poor experience after booking a fitting for school shoes.

Later than I wanted to be, so we had to wait a short while. New (to me) colouring station was a good distraction. Ahmad was very patient with the fractious and suspicious 2 year old and between us we got his feet measured and a pair of shoes fitted.

I took my son to Clarks today to purchase new school shoes, we found a particular style we were after however after having his feet measured we noticed they didn't have his size. Vidhi was on hand to help us find some in the Men's section which were perfect, she also helped us with some insoles making the shoes a really great fit! I don't normally leave reviews however Vidhi brought out at least 4 different boxes and really seemed to care about helping us get the perfect pair of shoes! Thank you for a pleasant experience, Ryan!

Went for back to school fitting. They had very few shoes in bigger sizes.
The assistant was pleasant but couldn't tie shoe laces effectively!
Ended up going to a competitor.

Served by Tani, she was very efficient and great with the kids 😊

Took my son to get his school shoes, which is always difficult (he hates new shoes!).
Tani served us, and made the whole process very easy. Tani made sure the shoes my son picked were right for him, and made sure the size fitted perfectly.

James was very helpful and friendly when fitting my children for school shoes.

Tom was great 👍🏼 He spent awhile with me and my two kids taking time to ensure they were comfortable and had the right shoes for school. A pleasant trip which was successful. Thanks Tom!

After a short wait Tom served us, taking time to introduce himself to my son, being generally helpful and very friendly. He measured his feet and talked to my my son about what he was doing, they talked about space and guessed each others ages. He then helped us find the perfect school shoes which my son decided he needed to wear immediately, Tom gave him a high five as we left. He was a credit to your store, great service and a happy customer!

A young man called called Tom greeted us very nice and polite - he was very knowledgeable with us today and met our very needs to fulfil our son's first pair of school shoes excellent service and amazing customer care

Caragh, was really prompt, attentive and listened to our needs. She provided excellent customer service by providing a borough measuring service then checking and showing us the choice of products. We felt welcomed and valued. Thank you. We will be back.

Lovely, friendly staff, especially a young chap called Tom. Didn't have to wait long. Clean, welcoming store. Thorough fitting and listened carefully to what requirements we had.

Had an exceptional service at the Kingston branch in Milton Keynes which redefined my expectations of customer service. Tom was amazing and really patient with my 2 boys, he took the time to understand their needs and preferences. What stood out most was his attention to detail. He is an asset to the Kingston store.

We visited the store to get my little girls first shoes today and had an excellent experience. We were assisted by Hazel who was super helpful and great with my little one.

James was fantastic in helping with first school shoes for our hyper 4 year old and very patient with our fussy 8 year old! Brilliant and helpful service all round. Will buy from this store again 🙂
