I visited the Newark Clarks branch and the staff were wonderful (as always). Everytime my children need their feet measuring I always come to this store as everyone who has helped us has been great. They are so experienced and calm with the kids and this means that they are calm with them. They call them by name and give stickers, always give great advice and recommendations, show what offers are on and offer to order in if the size isn't there. I'm so happy that Clarks is still the shop I remember as a child and stoll offer the best children's shoes out there. Thank you to Kerry and Scott who helped me today, but shout out to the whole team really.

Popped into Clarks today to look to restore my tired old shoes. I was greeted by grace who explained what I needed and how to use the products. Thank you for your help grace

Lorna is simply amazing!! Dedicated & passionate about her job and the way she represents Clarks is second to none! She leads from the front and nothing is too much to ask, setting an excellent work ethic that Grace & Kelly fit seamless into!! The team went out of their way to accommodate my needs and had such a friendly vibe and Great environment to work in!

The staff in this Clark’s shop could not be more helpful. Lots of time was spent trying to find a pair of school shoes for my son and they wanted to ensure a great fit. In the end a pair had to be ordered and they arrived quickly and were checked for fit before we took them away. I always receive great service from the team at Clarks Newark & would highly recommend!

Really great service by Libby. Very knowledgeable and we left with 3 pairs of shoes and a happy little boy. Will definitely go back.

Appalling customer service, been using this store for 20 years but this weeks experience will mean I never use them again. Tried to return a pair of school shoes which were fitted by the store for my SEND child but they caused him significant pain and discomfort including deep red marks on his ankles. They refused to exchange the shoes claiming they fitted which they clearly don’t. When challenged about this the sales assistant became aggressive in tone and spoke in such a way to my elderly mother I have raised a formal complaint to Clark’s HQ. Avoid avoid avoid.

Libby was fantastic. We travel from Lincoln to the Newark store as the customer service is always fabulous. I have 3 young children and they never make me feel a pain bringing them all together.

A big thank you to Libby for the amazing support she gave my autistic son during our visit. She was so patient, kind, and understanding — taking the time to make him feel comfortable and never rushing us.

What can sometimes be a stressful experience she helped make calm and positive thanks to her thoughtful approach. Clarks are lucky to have her. Highly recommend.

Seen today at the Newark store and my two boys were measured by Tristan.
Tristan was calm and efficient, but most importantly, brilliant with my 6 & 8 yr olds. He explained what he was checking for when the boys had the new shoes on and then helped encourage excitement about the new shoes, telling them how cool they were and showing the patterns on the sole.
To say I was dreading shoe shopping - I ended up having a really pleasant experience. We were in and out so fast - brilliant. Thank you, Tristan!

Visited the Newark store today and were served by the wonderful Gracie and Libby. One was training and the other supporting. Very knowledgeable and attentive. My son tried on 2 different sizes to be sure of comfort and fit. Left the store with a pair of school shoes and some inner soles. Very pleased with the experience.
