I went into the shop yesterday to get my feet measured correctly. The lady that served me was called Mandy. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I found out that Clarks do a thing which allows you to purchase a pair of shoes take them home and try wearing them around the house to make sure they are comfortable for you.

Delivered online order to Newton Abbot. The women I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

I was served by Lewis at the Newton Abbot store who was VERY helpful. I have problem feet and he was so helpful in trying to get the right fit for me. Would definitely shop here again.

The pair of sandals I ordered online had some rough stitching. I took the back to the Newton Abbot store and they reordered another pair. These arrived quickly and I had an email advising me they were ready to collect. Excellent service, thank you.

We were welcomed by a very friendly Jane who didn’t hesitate to help us with my son’s shoes. Jane had a warm and friendly way which eased my son and we were able to enjoying trying on new shoes!
After a previous negative experience at a different store I was really happy with today’s visit and both Jane and Jasmine were extremely helpful and very kind. I would recommend the Newton Abbot store if you are looking for a good fitting shoe for your child. I will be returning for sure!

We are having the worst time being redirected from store, to customer service then back to store! Store refusing to acknowledge faulty or poor quality shoe with holes all over after 12 weeks of wear by an 8 yr old, who is driven to school and back. Online/webchat/contact form/messenger customer service channels have not responded until finally after 3 weeks I got a response by email to say to go back to store. I thought finally store have permission to replace. No, store said it’s an automated response and they still don’t have authority to replace. Trying to call on the phone number and constantly getting cut off after 5, 10 mins on hold - we are now 4 weeks in! A £50 pair of school shoes with holes in after 12 weeks of wear, with no one willing to listen to my complaint! Do you wonder why I haven’t just bought a replacement pair? Wondering if I may get a response on here - I won’t hold my breath! Would be interested to hear how others have got in with Clark’s school shoes this year!

We inadvertently cut the back-to-school queue as we just wanted to look at some first shoes for our 17 month old. Jane took pity on us and helped us with a full and very good service, finding our daughter's foot size calmly and kindly. She helped us find shoes which were a good fit, all the while keeping our child entertained. She also helped find some well-fitted shoes for my wife. Thank you Jane!

Excellent service by Jane in Newton Abbot. We arrived late in the day without appointment. Jane was extremely patient with us, measured both our children’s feet and bought out multiple pairs of shoes.
Unfortunately none were suitable for my son, however my daughter is thrilled with her new school shoes, Thankyou Jane!
