Cara was excellent! Helped find the baby shoe i was looking for and even ordered them in to my local shop.
Great service & very helpful.

I've been buying Clarks shoes for 40 years and the shoes have always been made to the highest quality and well worth the money. I would easily recommend them to everyone.

Great efficient service

Maria and her colleague couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful this morning. I ended up getting a discounted pair of shoes for myself and a pair of school shoes for my son with the saving.

An excellent experience with Maria in Abbeycentre today, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable helping me get shoes for my little boy who has just been fitted for a splint as we were struggling to find anything to fit ourselves- thank you!

I visited Clarks in the Abbeycentre today and had amazing customer service from Cara and Grainne. They are both familiar faces that I’ve seen in this store before, and it’s lovely that they recognised me. They really treat their customers with care, and were very willing to work with me to find the right sizing, which can be difficult due to my orthotic insoles. They both put a smile on my face today. Thank you both!

Niamh in Abbeycentre was brilliant and got us completely sorted with what we needed: We came in primarily for my son’s new school shoes. I had thought it would have to go elsewhere for trainers, but Niamh got us sorted. We also got him his new PE trainers, new every day trainers, new indoor PE pumps, a Pokémon school bag and a pair of trainers for myself! Niamh was really knowledgable and took her time with making sure we had the right fit of shoe for my 6 year old son who was between sizes. It will make a difference to his quality of life wearing the correct size shoes in all walks of his life which is what we were buying for today, so thank you Niamh. You were so helpful and patient with my son.

Trying to find school shoes for our son, which his orthotics would fit, was made easier by Leah, who patiently and with good humour, fetched many different pairs of shoes, until we left with a suitable pair. A potentially frustrating purchase was made easier than expected...thank you.

I was served by Kelsey at the abbey centre store. She was amazing. So engaging with the kids and couldn’t do enough to help. She is an absolute asset.

Thanks to Grainne at Clarks Abbey Centre Newtownabbey for her patience and understanding whilst I struggled to find the correct work shoes. Grainne’s advice and brand knowledge were most helpful and her cheerful disposition made my visit to the store a pleasure. No pressure, just good customer care that was much appreciated.

I was in store with my mum and served by Maria at the newtownabbey store, what a cheerful, helpful person. A size of shoe not available in store but Maria offered to order in which was great, leaving after purchasing 3 pairs of shoes also Cara told us about the QR code you can scan for a chance to get a discount which I did and £5 better off for it. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Called in to get our daughter her first pair of shoes. Cara who we dealt with could not of been more helpful. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind! Took time to ask us about our daughter and helped us pick the right shoes. She also took a family picture for us to mark the occasion. We will definitely be back. Cara is a credit to the store! The other staff member on was also really nice and got involved in the conversation even though she wasn’t directly dealing with us which was nice! In this day and age it’s still nice to have a human interaction!

Big thanks to Maria in the Abbey Centre. I took my 14 year old daughter in for school shoes, a very hard teenager to please, a girl who knows her own mind with regards to style. Maria really went the extra mile to ensure that she left the shop with the loveliest, must comfortable and most importantly, trendy school shoes. Maria was so friendly, patient, helpful and complimentary, a real credit fo Clarks. We don’t live in the area but I will definitely return here for all future school purchases. Thank you lovely lady 😊

My order is usually for collection. I have shopped in the Newtownabbey store for years, the staff never change. They are so incredibly helpful and polite, it’s a great experience.

Marian in the abbeycentre store was brilliant 👏 so helpful and friendly. She made our visit with our grandson to purchase school shoes a pleasure. Would highly recommend this store.
