Very friendly and helpful picking school shoes

Service with a smile efficient and friendly

Went to get my sons first shoes in Newtownards @ Ards Shopping Centre, and the staff were amazing!! As a first time Mum, I had not much knowledge and the staff were very informative. The girl measured and fitted the shoes, advised us to go for pre walkers. Told to come back any time for checks and when we’re ready for his next walking pair. We will definitely be back thanks to the team there!

Went here this week to get my girls feet measured to buy new shoes for school. (9 years I've bought school shoes from thus store) Waited a while for someone to come measure their feet whilst lady stood idily at the tills. The girl came and measured telling me the sizes. I queried my youngest daughters width as told she had wide feet (G) only to be looked at like I'd six heads. Anyway, we left as the girls weren't fussed on the selection of shoes. Went to another retailer and had their feet measured again only to told my youngest had very narrow feet and even the narrow shoes (E) where bunching up when tied! I'm so glad I went with my gut and tried somewhere else where they got perfectly fitted shoes and wasn't looked at like I had six heads! This experience has obviously put me off as bought elsewhere but to have staff who can't measure properly is disappointing. I was made to feel stupid for questioning the sizing but as already said, went with my gut and saved my daughter from having ill fitting shoes!

My little girls 1st shoes, kirsty that dealt with me was very knowledgeable about sizes and best fits for her, highly recommend

I thought it would be difficult to change shoes I had ordered on line in the store, how wrong I was, Kirsty made it easy and went out of her way to help me!

We’ve visited Clark’s shop in Ards Shopping Centre yesterday to buy a shoes for two of my children.
Angela was great help - she measured kids feet and checked the fit and made sure it’s all like it should be, also offering different options with the Size availability. She presented an amazing customer service- not being to pushy to buy and just lovely with my kids and myself as a customer. I’d highly recommend asking for Angela if you are visiting that shop.

Spacious store and friendly but not pushy staff. I shop there regularly and the 2 girls that are always there always give me advice and suggestions. I bought shoes for work this time. Nice place to shop
