Took my Mother in for new shoes and slippers. Grace demonstrated empathy and dementia awareness as well as understanding the importance of well fitting shoes for someone with diabetes. And most importantly, my Mum thoroughly enjoyed her shoe shopping trip.

Kally was AMAZING, we had been to the Oxford circus store in London and the Milton Keynes store trying to get the correct shoes fitted for our daughter. But unfortunately the customer service at both of the above stores wasn't up to the usual "Clarks" standards. When we visited the Northampton store we were treated to Kally's exceptional customer service skills. She started by reassuring us that "she has got you". And she wasn't wrong, perfectly fitted shoes, happy daughter and father. Whilst we were at the Northampton shop a very aggressive customer was shouting at the store manager "Katie" and I was concerned for everyone's safety, so I strategically stood next to the till. I did this to reassure Katie but she handled the situation in a true "Clarks" professional way. Thank you Kally & Katie for being the best Clarks employees you are a credit to the Clarks organisation.

Grace helped us at store 5506 Northampton. She was amazing because she understood my son’s needs and was patient and friendly. She took the time to get my son’s school shoes fit just right with trying different widths, with and without insoles. She was calm and chatted nicely with my son. My son says it was the best shoe shop visit ever.

My partner was assisted by Grace today with choosing our daughter some new school shoes. He could not praise Grace enough for her helpfulness.

Great experience getting my daughter’s first pair of shoes. Tasnia was extremely helpful and very patient with my little girl.

Great sales staff. Grace is Neurodivergent trained. They have sessions for sensory needs. Great experience.

Ellie super service and very professional

I went in today, with my 3 children, to complete the dreaded school shoe shop! After a minutes wait, we were met by Sam who listened carefully to our needs, measured all three kids and found us shoes very quickly. He didn’t try to upsell any products that I told him I wouldn’t be purchasing and he wasn’t pushy in his sales manner. Thank you Sam for your help today. Much appreciated.

Katie was great, quick and efficient on a busy day buying school shoes.

Ruby at the Northampton town centre shop was great. She measured my child and was patient and kind taking time to get the right fit despite it being very busy. Great job Ruby.

We had booked an appointment online. This worked well and my daughter's feet were measured promptly. Courtney was very helpful and found a choice of widths for my daughter to try and checked the fit well.

They only had two people seeing customers but they were both great. We were served by Grace who couldn't have done more and was so good with the kids!! Really good customer service and advice offered too!

Excellent service received from Katie at the northampton shop today. Although the shop was busy she was multitasking and attentive. She went above and beyond to help my daughter fine her school shoes as we struggle with her having wide feet. Katie was absolutely amazing at showing us some many options and knowing exactly what we needed.

Grace was perfect with our daughter, she was patient and took her time and was very supportive. My daughter was very happy with this experience.
