Clarks - Norwich Riverside Reviews 86

I visited "Clarks" shoe shop in Norwich today to buy myself some new comfy and supportive shoes that look professional to wear for my new job. I'm a spa thearpist who is on my feet all day so was in need for a shoe messuring but most of all comfy shoes as standing on my feet for 8 hours can be painful in the wrong shoe.

I was greeted by a lovely gentleman called " Chris" who happily helped measure my feet and listened to my needs in order to find me the right shoe for my work.

After tyring 8 differing pairs of shoes on , I finally found the perfect shoe that looks very professional and will be very supportive and comfy for my job. I left the store very happy. Thank you Chris for all your help helping me find the perfect shoe.

I ordered shoes on line to collect in store. I then saw that delivery to store would be too late for when I needed my order. Went into store, explained the situation and was able to purchase the shoes I wanted and Jay organised the return of the delivered shoes which saved me having to do this.

I was served by Freya in the Norwich, Riverside Store. She was so helpful, patient and offered a lot of advice.

Had a great service with Freya and Chris today, they were very helpful polite and friendly . Thanks Clark’s riverside 😄

Very helpful staff (Chris & Milly) who took the time to find the boots I had seen in a previous store but was not in their store front (Norwich Riverside Store). Allowed plenty of time for me to try on footwear and gave helpful advice on footwear care products.

I visited the riverside store yesterday, looking for knee high black boots and could only see one pair of knee high boots but they had a buckle on. So I was just about to leave when Sammy asked what I was looking for. Sammy went out of her way to bring a brown pair that she could order a black pair for me.
The boots were so wonderful I bought 2 pairs. Observing Sammy clean a mark on a boot I then bought the products to care for the boots.
Sammy is such a great ambassador for your company and please give her praise.
Her going out of her way when there was other customers was really kind however cost me a fortune.

Was served by Freya in the school holidays. She was amazing with my daughter who is non-verbal, autistic. Was very patient and made sure the shoes fit perfectly and would be comfortable for her.

Chris the manager ,was extremely helpful ,patient and suggestive of solutions. My wheelchair bound brother in law was initially only visiting for a foot measurement. He left with TWO pairs of footwear. Superb service from CHRIS.

Really helpful service by Jake, who was polite, great with the children and went out of his way to find the best fit.

I can't rate Zach and Sam highly enough at this branch of Clarks. Bit of a problem with some school shoes. I wasn't able to go back in person but rang the store and spoke to Zach to let him know my eldest and youngest sons were on the way and explained the problem. Both Zach and Sam spent a long time trying to rectify the issues but sadly, due to lack of stock, this wasn't possible on this occasion. The time and care taken is more than 5*s to be honest and would absolutely recommend this store for Zach and Sam. If you are reading this, Thank You :)

Aaron at the Norwich Riverside Store was brilliant. He let the children patiently try lots of different shoes and helped us to find the pairs they loved and fitted best! Always again, especially because of the great help of Aaron.

Excellent service from Chris at Clarks, Riverside, Norwich. Chris was very friendly, knowledgable and patient with my children whilst they were trying on school shoes. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Chris 😊

Was an absolute amazing consultant. She fitted shoes for my 2 children and did an absolute amazing job. Was very patient and helpful. Allowed us plenty of time and patience and gave us lots of options.

Had a lovely time this morning getting both my girls fitted for new shoes (first school shoes for my eldest). It was a very busy bank holiday Sunday but the staff were excellent at navigating everyone. It was clear who to speak to when we arrived, we were given a ticket and told an approximate (but also accurate) wait time for a fitting service. Freya was lovely and accommodated my impatient children very well. Helped us understand their sizes, gave us a few options and let them try them all on with no pressure or rushing even though there were many families waiting. The service was streamlined and without stress so thank you to Freya and the team for helping us.

Great service! Straight in on time for our appointment, really helpful member of the team measured and found the perfect shoes straight away. All done in less than 15mins, made buying back to school shoes a joyful experience! Thank you Aaron

Amie from the riverside Norwich store was incredible! My daughter is autistic and has Tourette Syndrome, and finds having her feet touched very difficult. She also doesn’t ever talk to people she doesn’t know. Aime was so lovely and kind, my daughter was relaxed and chatted away!
