Clarks - Nottingham Long Row Reviews 82

I visited Clarks shoes at Long Row in Nottingham on 25th Feb 2026. I bought a pair of Clarks shoes for my Dad. The sales person was called Sonia, she was absolutely and knowledgeable on the shoes I bought for my father and Clarks shoes in general.
Sonia is extremely professional and presentable, with above adverage customer service skills, her standards are exceptionally high, Sonia would make an excellent ambassador for Clarks, she is an asset to Clarks and should be valued as such.

I ordered some shoes online and they were sent to your Nottingham shop. I tried them on but found they had fixed expanding laces which did not supply my feet. I had a refund.

April was excellent service very cheerful a good sales person couldn't fault her .

went into Clark's in Nottingham market square yesterday as you walk in three shop assistants standing talking one of them with her back side to us, which I found incredibly rude the girl in the middle asked if she could help us but before she had finished her sentence Rabia approached us with a beaming smile asking us if we needed any assistance with my 11 year old. She was amazing. It's a shame her other colleague hadn't had the same upbringing, you do not turn your back to customers.

Even though it was very busy (last couple of days before new school year), we were seen within about 5 minutes.
Elliott was very knowledgeable and we felt well supported. Excellent customer service.

We made an appointment beforehand and we're seen very quickly, there were still lots of styles left even though it was September 1st! Vidhi was very helpful and patient with my children and we left very happy.

Came in on Saturday with my 2 children. We were lucky enough to get seen to by Milli. She was lovely! Made it so quick and easy for us, while being extremely thorough. Couldn’t recommended her enough!

Vidhi was an absolute godsend, she smashed it out the park with her service and was an absolute delight throughout 10/10!

We were seen despite being busy during the Back to School rush. Havana served us and she was great. She accurately measured my son’s feet and listened to his school shoes preference. We discussed that he’s starting secondary but didn’t like the ‘grown up’ styles. Havana found a style that fit well, despite my son having vastly differently sized feet, and one that my son liked. Thank you so much for your patience and professionalism, Havana.

We buy Clarks shoes every year as they are comfortable to wear and they last well.

Alisha in the Nottingham branch was brilliant made buying school shoes late easy and stress free.

I thought it was going to be hectic in the store with everyone looking for school shoes m, but it wasn’t at all. We were served quickly and Elliott was brilliant at helping my daughter find new school trainers.

I'd like to thank Bonnie and Lucy for going above and beyond to make sure my very overwhelmed SEND daughters needs were met by allowing us to go out into a back room away from the crowd and noise. You both made my very stressful visit, much more bearable. I do hope that your kindness, patience and professionalism is recognised by those that employ you as you truly are an asset to their team.

Lucy was great with both of my little ones and helped them to get the perfect shoes for starting school. She was helpful and so patient. Thanks again.

Lovely experience in store in Nottingham today. Served by Hakeem who guided us through the fitting of school shoes. Explained where the shoes should fit correctly and bought out a selection to choose from. Was patient with our decision making.

We can shopping 12/8/25 around mid day, we were served by a lovely lad named Bradley, we came for school shoes. It was quiet a busy day with children shoe shopping,
Bradley was a really nice person, very approachable, friendly, thorough and professional, nothing was too much trouble. I asked a question and he wasn’t sure about but asked a manager and came back to me straight away with an answer. My daughter struggles with shoe fittings etc but felt very comfortable and reassured with him straight away. I feel credit where it’s due and thanks to Bradley we had a nice experience I don’t usually write reviews but I was very happy with our service I feel I have to.

I was blown away by the service I received on sat 9th Aug in your nottingham store by louise.
The quality of customer care was so good I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes instead of one. A gold star to louise please who recognise good service and customer care which is hard to find in retail these days.
