I bought my grandson a pair of 7,5G trainers in another Clarks shop in September.
From shortly after I bought them, the top strap didn’t seal properly and needed to be refastened often.
I took my grandson into the Nuneaton store last Friday and the assistant (Eden) measured his feet and he still needed the same size shoes.
I mentioned the problems we had with his shoes and asked if we needed a wider shoe.
Eden examined the shoes and felt that there was a problem with the Velcro not working properly. Unprompted, Eden went to discuss the problem with her manager and due to the trainers being faulty, they decided to replace the shoes, free of charge.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to Eden who was totally professional throughout. From efficiently dealing with an excited 3 year old who didn’t want to sit or stand still to processing the necessary paperwork. And also thank you to the manager for authorising the exchange.
The service in the store was way above and beyond my expectations.

I like Clarks shoes, always a good fit and very comfortable. Wear them whole day with ease. Boots ordered as sale item, delivered promptly to local store.

Today we took our uncooperative two year old twins to the Nuneaton store. The staff were very friendly, tolerant and professional. Kerry measured their feet and checked the fit. She was patient and thorough (and fabulous with the twins) We were very happy with what we bought and will be back in a few weeks. Went into store and measured at sizes that nowhere fit child’s feet. Why give us these figures when they are irrelevant to actual shoes. Girl serving was very unconfident and not sure she knew what she was doing. They didn’t have the style my daughter wanted in store so ordered online but were uncomfortable and too big when they came . Took them back to Nuneaton store and girl was much more helpful. Did manage to sell us some insoles though which we probably could have bought for cheaper online. Good sale tho- persuasive . Hope she’s on commission/ insensitives.

Kelly was extremely helpful and friendly, gave us enough time to try on and decide.

Service was quick and Reece was really attentive and knowledgeable about the shoe fitting correctly. Great experience

Eden at clarks in Nuneaton is so kind and helpful

I took my 6 year old son into the nuneaton store, he had lived in crocs most of the school holiday and is quite fussy with shoes, but the young lady called lily was fantastic with him, she tried about 10 pairs of shoes on him, she was very patient with him and helped him to choose a pair of shoes that he was happy with, I always go to clarkes for school shoes as they last longer than buying from other shops, this visit was made very easy and stress free by the lovely young lady who spent quality time with my son helping him choose the right pair of shoes, thank you Lily you are a credit to the company!!!

The staff was welcoming and helpful we had Kerry at Nuneaton shop helping out to buy our little boy first pair of shoes she offered to measure his little feet and help find suitable shoes for him. We left the shop happy and will definitely be coming back, the quality of the footwear is really good.

We went in today to Nuneaton and Kerry served us, she helped measure my daughters feet and helped get the correct size so she could walk easier

Visited the Nuneaton store for school shoes for my son and daughter. Only left with one pair as they didn't have the right size for my daughter. So have ordered a pair from Clarks online to try in the store instead. But Max who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout.

Had a great experience and everything was nice and calm.
Lady that helped was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Kerry was very helpful and made school shopping for my 4 year old enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and ensured the footwear was a good fit. Will definitely use this store again in the future.

I went to the Nuneaton store to look for some school shoes for my son and to get him measured. We were approached by a very friendly member of staff called Eden. She measured my son's feet with care and directed us to the school shoes to pick. She was very informative about materials and durability etc. The experience was very smooth, quick but very friendly and professional. Overall, im very happy and hopefully the shoes last well.
