The shoes looked great

The shoes looked great, ordered my usual Clark’s size and width. Really disappointed the fit was much smaller than standard. Returned for credit, awaiting credit, also regretting online no credit for carriage!! Promised myself not to buy online again!!

We try to be as consistent as possible with our sizing and all styles are fit tested as part of our product development process. However, we do find that styles will fit differently due to differences in design. Customers may need to select a bigger or smaller size to find the most suitable fit.

Upon reviewing your order, I can see that your returned product has since been refunded. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect on your account.
