My 10 year olds brand new Clarks shoes were showing signs of fault and so we rushed into the Plymouth branch after I collected him from school, just as they were closing. We were desperate to get them changed or he wouldn't have shoes for school the following day. Sammy was very understanding and stayed on to help us. She was so calm and friendly, and we left as very satisfied customers. She is a credit to the branch and to Clarks.

Excellent, friendly service from Josh at Plymouth store. Really great with the kids and quickly helped us find the perfect shoes. The price stung, but I can hardly blame Josh for that, can I?

Georgia in Clarks fitted my little boys shoes on Tuesday she was amazing!! Wasn’t ready to let me leave with the wrong size and had all the patience for me as my son is very funny with new people. She’s a credit to the store absolutely outstanding service

Having a tiny walker means we struggle with finding narrow shoes with the flexibility in the sole. Sammy was fantastic at guiding us through what to look for in first shoes and even ordered our colour preference in for us. These were then refitted on collection. Thank you Clarks

Friendly staff and dealt with me immediately. We checked the boots together and was on my way in less than 5 minutes

Served today by Sammy, very lovely with my two year old. Patient, explained everything to him and he had fun! Sammy listened and understood our challenge and helped us find a suitable solution despite it not being as I had initially expected and some stock not being available. Great guidance on maintenance and shoe care too. Thank you. One of the only places for proper shoe fitting in Plymouth.

i visited the plymouth store to buy a new pair of shoes and was helped by a lady called sammy. she was nice and polite and helped with my shoes. she asked me if i wanted to look after them by buying some spray to help protect them. i said no thanks as i already have some. less than 2 minutes later she asked if i wanted some rain and stain protector to go with the shoes. again i said no thanks. before going to the till to pay she asked me a third time if i wanted any polish or protector spray. again i said no thanks. when we finally got to the till she them pulled out a bottle of the protector spray and said this is what i should use to protect the shoes. four times she asked me to buy something i didnt want. i dont mind being told about how to care for my new shoes but after saying i already had some that should be enough. i havent written a review before but this left me really annoyed and took away some of my happiness of finding a comfortable pair of new shoes. i just found it to be very aggressive and pushy. i don't know if i will go back as i really dont want to go through it again.
