Brilliant customer service, the person serving us had finished their shift but it was busy and she stayed on. She was so lovely to my neurodivergent child who hates school shoes that it made the whole experience easy.

Sammi at the Poole store was really helpful in measuring my daughter’s feet for her first shoes, offering lots of options and explaining the benefits of certain styles over others. The style I wanted was out of stock in her size but Sammi was able to order them for me. After a negative experience the previous week in your Bournemouth store (who measured her 2 sizes bigger and didn’t give any advice at all), it restored my faith that Clark’s is a good place to get my baby’s shoes.
