Took our 2 grandsons into Clarks at Gunwharf Quays yesterday to have their feet measured. Even though it was very busy, Tamsin dealt with us with care and professionalism and was so good with our grandsons who are only 4 and 6 years old. Tamsin certainly deserves a “best in shop” award in our opinion.

Caroline at Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth was so helpful and knowledgeable and had excellent customer service.

Kerry was great, she was very patient with our toddler, gave advice on what to look for and found the perfect shoes for her.

Visited the Gunwharf Quays store yesterday. Was helped by Tracy who was extremely knowledgeable about their products and was able to find shoes to fit my awkward feet.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable- the store was really busy, so their assistance was appreciated even more.

My children feet wouldn't fit any shoes... Seeing I was fu frustrated, Amelia l. Was incredible. We must have been in the shop for an hour and we finally found two pairs of shoes that fit ! Was incredible! Even with my stroppy teenager!

We visited the Gunwharf store and Tamsin looked after us so well. I had my three very young children with me and she was so patient and helped measure and fit my daughter with her first school shoes and my baby with his first ever shoes.

We were served by Kerry who was nothing but patient, friendly and thorough. She ensure both children had the correctly fitted shoes and were happy and comfortable. She went above and beyond. Her colleague also spent time talking and listening to the children. They were both very warm and friendly, we will definitely be back.

Both Caroline and Kerry were so helpful I can night say enough about them. The other staff were top notch too.
I had problems with the shoes hurting the sole of my foot. They went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. 10/10 been to Gunwharf many times, but these guys are the best staff by far. Thank you kind regards Paul

I went to the Portsmouth Gunwharf and bought some school shoes for my daughter after measuring her a few days previously at the Worthing store. After a few hours of wearing them at school my daughter had massive blisters around her ankles, on both sides of her feet. She was in agony. I rang Gunwharf, the manager Caroline advised me to bring her in and her colleagues would assess my daughter and make appropriate recommendations and exchange the shoes. I did this the same evening. Sadly I don’t remember the name of the staff member who saw us. She re-measured my daughter and checked the fit, she identified the correct shoe size for my daughter, and explained about the shape of the shoes around the ankle and what my daughter needed. Finding many options that would be suitable for my daughter. I was so pleased they took the time to measure and assess my daughter’s feet and make sure she was wearing shoes that were right for her feet. I was appalled at what little time Worthing staff took to assess her feet, and so despite living close to that store, I will not be returning. I have found Staines store staff to be rude as well and so have never returned there. But Gunwharf Portsmouth staff have consistently been incredible every time we have visited! Thank you!!

Sipho is an amazing sales assistant, really helpful and provided really good advise when we were picking out our first shoes for our 10 month old.

We called in on the off-chance to get our 5 year olds feet measured. Sipho was so cool & calm and put our nervous 5 year old right at ease.

I was treated with great courtesy and respect by a young man who was working at Gunwharf Clarks shop for work experience.

I visited the store at Gunwharf Quays to get some trainers for my special needs daughter. I got 4 pairs as my daughters is get fussy due to sensory needs and vision and balance issues. Michelle was very kind and helpful and advised me that about special fitting appointments I can book and accommodating my daughter by taking her to a quiet area for fitting when I told her she gets overwhelmed when shopping. I was impressed with the service and touched by her warmth, compassion and kindness. I wish there were more people in retail like her!

Tracey's kindness and expertise made this the most successful shoe shopping session ever. She was able to pinpoint my exact size and width, and recommend the perfect dress shoes, walking shoes and smart-casual trainers while taking into account the individual size traits of each style. She was so patient and happy to help, and I'll certainly return to Clarks at Gunwharf Quays for all my future footwear. The shoes themselves are high quality, superbly comfortable with excellent soles, cushioning, grip and finish. I can't recommend enough! Thanks for looking after me!
