I went into Clarks having bought my son a pair of school shoes from there the week before that had badly blistered his feet to the point he was unable to wear them. Abby was very helpful, she re measured my sons feet and said she was not happy with the previous shoes we had been given and that she was happy to swap them. My son now has a very comfortable, well fitting pair of shoes.

Amazing service from Elaine from the preston town centre branch. Went above and beyond to get my daughter’s shoe’s. She travelled to another store just to collect them so she can wear them for her first day at school. She’s an asset to your business

Today I had a shower fitting for both my children with Steph in the Preston store. What an amazing lady she is, both my children have additional needs and she was so calm and patient with them both. Super friendly and made my boys feel calm and relaxed.
Usually we experience crying and meltdowns but today we managed to get measurer and find shoes very quickly.
Cannot fault Steph as all, thankyou

Jayne at the Preston store was absolutely fantastic with my two children, even made my moody teenage smile AND laugh! It’s always stressful time of year getting school shoes but Jayne made it a breeze. So thank you from a stress free mum for making it a lovely experience, it’s nice to see customer service and kindness are still traits on the high street. We shall be back!

I would like to highly praise Jayne in Clarks Preston town. We visited the store during a busy bank holiday weekend only a week before kids going back to school. Jayne was very attentive, kind and funny. She made our visit enjoyable and helped our daughter pick her favourite model. Thank you for all your help!

My wife and I went into the shop on 12/6/25 and were met and attended to by Estelle .
We have to say that we couldn’t have been happier with her help and advice, nothing was too much trouble for her and everything she did was with a smile .

What can I say!
It was a Sunday in November.... last thing you would be shopping for is sandals. I have been a fan of Clarks for years and I tried my luck in Preston in the hope I might find some Black heeled sandals for a holiday. Obviously none on display... I chanced at asking and was lucky enough to ask Claire. I wittered on about some heeled sandals I loved from ages ago from Clarks and said I was clearly in at the wrong time of year. Claire advised that there were lots of sandals upstairs and asked me what I was looking for and my size. On her hand held device she brought up pictures of what they had and I spotted some lovely white sandals... but was looking for black. She advised they were in stock elsewhere in black, and could be ordered to store and showed they were not available online to order myself. Claire suggested I try the white ones for size to see if I liked and could then order the black. I went for it! I loved the white ones, purchased them, and ordered the black ones, which I collected today.
Fabulous service. She was so helpful. Not pushy, and chatted away with me about her upcoming wedding. I was a very happy customer... now my only issue is whether to take both pairs on holiday!!!

We love the our Clarks shop, the staff are really welcoming and extremely helpful. I’d like to thank Elaine for her help when we popped in on Sunday. As always she was super helpful and knew which shoes I was looking for when I described them - great product knowledge and always happy to go the extra mile.
