I always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They know their products well. I love Clarks shoes. They have a great range. I can usually find something stylish yet comfortable.

I had an excellent experience at the Preston Deepdale Clarks store thanks to their manager’s professionalism, clarity, and genuinely helpful approach. My daughter’s school shoes had broken, and the manager immediately walked us through the correct procedure: inspecting the shoes, assessing the type of damage, re-measuring my daughter’s feet, and comparing the measurements to the original fitting.

She carried out every step thoroughly. My daughter was measured again and confirmed to be the same size as when we purchased her shoes (3.5F and 4F), and the damaged shoe—also a 4F—was confirmed to be the correct size. The manager clearly explained that the issue was due to the shoe itself rather than the fit, and even mentioned that this particular model had been returned a few times before.

What really stood out was how clearly she explained the difference between accidental damage and a manufacturing fault. She was courteous, patient, and informative throughout, offering useful advice without making us feel rushed—despite us arriving later in the day after an unnecessary second trip with poor, dehumanising and inconsiderate customer service from the Blackburn Store (Manager Danielle).

Maariya (Manager) is exactly the level of professionalism and customer care I expect from Clarks. The Preston Deepdale manager is a credit to the brand, and I’m genuinely grateful for her help. Highly recommend this store. Her colleague was super helpful too.

We were greeted upon arrival and directed to the right area. Safwah was very helpful and gave knowledgeable advice about my children's school shoes.

We were served by Colette who is a credit to your company, great customer service skills.

She gave great optional extras including suggesting a different style also rang another branch to reserve some shoes.

We never normally leave feedback but in this case it is a must as Jane at the Deepdale store in Preston store is as incredible with out little boy getting his first pair of shoes. Her customer service was impeccable, explaining everything we needed to know and making the process so easy.

Was at the deepdale store in preston today to get my 2 year old daughters feet measured and to get some new shoes, I was helped by Maliha and it's got to be the best experience I've had getting her feet measured, she was calm, understanding and even let my daughter measure her toys foot to make her feel better, by the end she was walking/running around the store having the time of her life, 10/10, you were awesome, thank you.

Went to get some new shoes/boots and the young lady that served us was delightful, I walk with a crutch after knee replacements
and she said I’ll do up the zips and knelt down to help. Excellent customer service.

I went to the Deepdale Preston store recently to buy a pair of boots for my niece. The assistant was nice. I also had an issue with a pair of men's boots which were purchased over 6 months ago but were falling apart at the sole and i communicated with Matthew in custome
services, and he was very professional, obliging, and overall, he was excellent

Very disappointed with the quality of school shoes I bought for my Granddaughter. I have two boys who I always bought Clarks shoes while at school to protect there young feet. So keeping in tradition I bought Clarks school shoes for my Granddaughter age 4. She has worn them for a total of 12 days as one day a week she is in wellies and the other day trainers. The straps have threads continuously coming off. There is no support in the leather as it has gone really soft and they look like they are 12 months old. We took them back to the shop to be told there is no manufacturing fault and they still fit her. So nothing they can do!!!! So I have bought her a pair from Shoe Zone at Sainsbury's. The leather and soles are much thicker and the leather quality is a lot thicker. Very very disappointed with Clarks. Will never buy a pair of shoes again from Clarks. My niece has exactly the same pair in Ripon and they have gone the same way. Her Mum is going to a local shop for a replacement pair and again she will never buy Clarks again.
