I regularly visit Clark’s Rayleigh with my children, and today Alison was nothing short of fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from measuring both my children’s feet to fitting their shoes with kindness, care and a genuine passion for her work. What a wonderful, lovely lady. If your children need new shoes, this location is the place to go so they feel at ease and have a thoroughly enjoyable experience. A special thank you for going above and beyond today Alison. Very grateful!

I was served by Bo at the Rayleigh high street branch and she was so warm and friendly ! I wanted to get formal professional looking shoes and she helped me try on many different types of shoes until I found ones that I love . I have my new shoes now and I’m so happy with them . Talking to her was like talking to a friend :)

Ordered a pair of black sandals in Clarks 50% sale and had them delivered to shop for easy pick up everything was quick and easy and sandals were very nice put away for next summer

Great service for collection and returns at the Rayleigh branch , advised me in shoe care , very friendly . Great service is rare these days .

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Clarks shoe shop in Rayleigh, where I was assisted by Sarah in finding the perfect school shoes and trainers for my 7-year-old son, who is autistic. From the moment we entered the store, Sarah displayed a level of professionalism and dedication that truly stood out.

She took the time to measure my son's feet with great precision, ensuring we found the correct sizes—something that was particularly important since he requires a standard fit in one style and a wide fit in another. Sarah’s attention to detail and commitment to helping us find the right fit made the experience seamless and stress-free.

Even though the end of summer had limited options in his size, Sarah went above and beyond by assisting us with ordering the shoes for delivery, ensuring we had what we needed for the upcoming school year.

What I appreciated most was how Sarah acknowledged me as Sam's mum without making any assumptions about our family dynamics. Her respectful approach made a significant difference, and it was heartwarming to feel recognised as a parent first and foremost.

Overall, I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. Her professionalism, kindness, and understanding made our visit a positive experience, and I left the store feeling grateful for her exceptional service. Thank you, Sarah, for making shoe shopping a pleasant experience for both Sam and me!

I took my daughter to clarks in Rayleigh highsyreet this morning and we were served by Claire W. My daughter has sensory issues and shoe shopping can often be challenging but Claire was brilliant with my daughter, patient, caring and helpful and we got our school shoes sorted fairly quickly. Claire even gave my daughter a shoe box to colour at home. Great service!

I had the absolute pleasue of rhiannon helping me and my little boy purchase his first pair of school shoes today in the rayleigh branch she was absolutely amazing with him she spoke to him and interacted with my shy little boy and he absolutely loved being involved in the process and left the shop beaming. She was just amazing and made the process so easy for me. I would highly recommend rayleigh clarks and will definitely be purchasing all my little boys shoes here.

I went into Clark’s to get some new school shoes for my little girl I was served by Sarah in the Rayleigh store who was very lovely and helpful. She was brilliant with my daughter. She measured her feet got her to choose the shoes she liked the look of and went and got her size to try on. she was very kind and even recommended some wipes and shoes cleaner for the shoes that we also purchased would definitely come here again to be served by this lady thank you!

Today I took my daughters, aged 7 and 5, into the Rayleigh store to have their feet measured. Claire M, was very helpful and even checked the fit of their existing Clarks shoes and trainers.
