Unfriendly Rochdale Store
I went into the town centre to get my child’s feet measured at Clarks (knowing they are reputable) - the shop had no customers in at all and I am not surprised. When I was just walking into the store, there was a young lady who was just stood at the front of store, no enthusiasm and definitely not a smile on her face; this made it feel very unwelcoming and not approachable. I carried on walking to the other side, contemplating wether or not to fully go in, to see that there was a staff member stood at the back of the store who was lent on the shelves, talking on her mobile phone - I thought this was highly unprofessional - this made my mind up not to go in to the store, I will be going to either the Bury or Oldham store to get my child’s feet measured and sort her shoes
