Going to my local Clarkes Store when convenient to me to pick up my purchase also returning if I need to

I had been to a lot of shoe shops on that day,and had a hard time finding a pair of shoes that I liked and that fitted because I take size 12.

Vanessa asked what type of shoe I was looking for and went in the stock room and brought me out 4/5 choices in a size 12 and I purchased a pair ,which I like and are very comfy.

She was very helpful and I will be coming back next time I need shoes, top notch service

I’ve been wearing these Clarks shoes for a while now, and I’m really impressed. At first, for the first three days, the leather felt a bit hard and the fit was slightly tight. But once they broke in, they became perfectly comfortable. I work in the security sector, so I’m on my feet for long hours. These shoes have proven to be the best so far for standing all day. The shine is excellent and easy to maintain, and the insole feels soft and supportive for my feet. Highly recommended.

Kellie at the Romford Clarks branch was absolutely fantastic. Her professionalism and empathy with a customer really came to the fore, when I came in to purchase shoes for my little girl, with a tight budget in mind. Not only did Kellie manage to find two perfect shoes within budget, but she really put me and my needs as a customer first and did all she could to ensure I got what I came for. Thanks to this outstanding customer experience I will definitely be coming to the Romford branch for all future purchases. You are amazing Kellie!

I bought a pair of boots online, but leather felt too hard and tight on my toes. Took the pair of boots back to the shop, On arrival met a member of staff whom l explained my concerns to, showed me other boots with softer leather and ordered me a new pair. Very pleased already delivered to my home address.

Kellie and Raj were super helpful in finding me a suitable pair of shoes for my interview they really went above and beyond to give me a personalised experience and such lovely people.

I've been welcomed by the patience of Vanessa who is the manager of this place. She was amable and pro-active, to do the best choice, offering me all the info I wanted and giving me the help I needed.

I am an old customer and usually I get shoes for my self and my family from Romford branch. a few times Theresa V assessed me with the measurements and find the right shoes for me and my children, I have to say She is a wonderful lady and always happy to help.

Just before the school term started, we visited Romford store to purchase school shoes for my son. We were fortunate to be assisted by James, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process.

The service I received from Theresa and
Ayaan on Friday 2nd of August 2024 around 4pm was exceptional. They both were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. It was probably the best shopping experience in years. Thank you for such a great service. I was very happy with school shoes they help to buy for my 15 years old son.

We visited Clarks today to get my son’s feet measured and buy new school shoes. We were helped by Theresa, who was fantastic. She gave us top class service, making sure the shoes were suitable and even giving advice about how to lace them so that they could be made secure on my son’s feet more easily. All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely visit again for school shoes in the future.

The sales lady, Theresa, made the whole experience. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was able to meet my footwear requirements despite my mobility issues.

Today I took my adult son who has learning difficulties into the Romford Clarks to bur new trainers. We were served by Theresa, an amazing lady. She made us laugh, made the visit fun, and put a smile on our faces. Nothing was too much trouble and Theresa really did make our day. Thank you.

Mixing a tricky tired 5yr old with an urgent need for school shoes spells disaster.

He’s tried on every pair of shoes and none of them fit! In swoops Kellie, who can see Dad’s nerves are fraying, wins over the cantankerous little terror in seconds and uses ‘sprinkles of magic’ on the shoes to make them comfortable. Alas, the magic fails and a ‘bigger size’ for a big boy is needed. Kellie disappears returning moments later with (the same pair) which he slips into and announces to all that could hear that ‘they fit’!!!

Thank you Kellie for noticing my plight and for your patience and understanding with a child with additional needs. In that moment you were my hero.
