Great service as always from Clarks, Will was friendly, helpful & found the perfect pair of school shoes for my 14 year old son. Would highly recommend.

I had been looking for a good pair of sturdy boots for this season, as my size makes it difficult to find shoes that fit , I went to Rushden Lakes Clark’s store in Northamptonshire,the shop assistant Mhairi was really helpful,knowledgeable,and professional.came away very pleased with my purchase,will definitely go back again.😃

I wanted to write a review about my experience in the Clarke store in Rushden because I feel it is the kind of service you should receive in stores, but sadly it is not common anymore. Emily went above and beyond to help my daughter she is only one and it became quite clear that I’ve been given the wrong advice in a Clark’s store elsewhere. We finally managed to find the right pair for my 12 month old baby. I am really grateful for Emily spending the time with me and I will definitely return to this Store. Not only did she take time to help my baby but she also kept my little boy who is three entertained which is a hard job on its own thank you Emily, we will be back.

Great experience shopping for 2 pairs of shoes with my 2 toddlers. Mhairi was fantastic, speaking with the kids and engaging in conversation with them. Mhairi talked me through everything and explained the fit for each child. Really positive experience!

Favour at the Rushden Lakes branch was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very helpful during our trip for my 2 daughters’ school shoes. It was extremely busy as it was the last Saturday before school returns but she was cool & calm and didn’t make us feel rushed.

We had such a lovely experience at the Rushden Lakes Clarks store today thanks to Aisha. She helped us choose our boys’ school shoes and our little girl’s special “princess” shoes, and was absolutely brilliant throughout. Despite the store being extremely busy, Aisha was polite, friendly, and so patient with us. She made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable for the kids. We honestly couldn’t fault her at all, she really went above and beyond. Staff like Aisha truly make a difference and she definitely deserves recognition, a bonus or even a pay rise for the wonderful service she provides.
