Salisbury branch always delivers on solid customer service and smiles when I'm sorting the kids out with shoes for school. First class service from superstar Claire, thank you, especially during such a busy time.

Sinead, whilst a little shy, is amazing.
A few weeks ago I came in with a child who really struggles to complete tasks and hates shopping! I was a little nervous for him as I really wanted him to have a positive experience to purchasing shoes that fit properly. Sinead was kind and patient with us and made sure we came away with not only the right sized shoes but shoes that my young person loves! Great experience, thank you

Shopped for mens shoes in Salisbury, Wiltshire and was very impressed. Nothing was too much trouble even though other customers were needing attention. The lady assistant (or manager?) I believe is called Katrina and was a delight. Couldn't fault her in any way. Bought shoes and will be back. Well done Clarks and to your staff.

Sinead in Salisbury was very friendly and patient with our children.

What a fantastic service, Leah was so knowledgeable in particular as I was looking for shoes for use with custom made orthotic insoles. I was extremely impressed with her specialist knowledge and also her patience and care taken in identifying suitable shoes, she really couldn't have been more helpful and I was delighted to purchase 2 pairs.
What a contrast to other shoe stores I visited, from now on Clarks at Salisbury will be my go to shop, certainly worth the journey from Ringwood.

Great friendly helpful service from Katrina at the Salisbury store today. We only went in to look and she sold me and the wife shoes. Clarks look after her she’s a credit to your company.

The assistant was called Amy. While I was looking at was available she was being very kind and patient with an elderly lady. It was lovely to see every customer being valued. She was helpful when I was deciding on my shoes. I explained about the foot support I used and how it affected how shoes fit. She suggested a couple of options and as she kindly let me try out the half insole I could see that this solved the problem. She was obviously very experienced knowing your products and had great people skills.

This is a Lovely shop and Amazing staff! I was helped by Sinead who was so gentle and patient towards my little boy. Will definitely be coming again for his next pair of shoes!
