Tasnim was very helpful

Tasnim was very helpful, she advice us on what shoe would be best, she informed us about sizes and stock availability, any barriers she was able to find alternatives solutions

First they lost the order of my boots…

First they lost the order of my boots and did not inform me and I kept going to the store to pick up my order 3 times.
Then I contacted Clarks support and they said that it was lost and that I would get a refund. It has been 2 months and I just get £5 ??? The order was £53.
I want this sorted asap please. Terrible service from a company like Clarks!!

The order was placed on the 28/04 and I sent the above email on 18/06/2025 and I am yet to get a reply or a refund from Clarks.
I have waited long enough now and tried plenty of times contacting their customer services but nothing worked.

I will be going to consumer court next if my refund is not processed.

So Clark’s emailed me on the 18/03
Dear Syeda,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I’m sorry to read that you are still waiting for a refund of your order 1010625121.

Since it has been over 6 months, the system will not allow us to do a monetary refund for the order which you have not received. I can offer you a £50 gift card instead?

Please confirm if you would be accepting this offer.

My Reply:
Dear Raddiyah.
Thanks for your email. I appreciate it but I do not agree as this was not my fault that it has been longer than 6 months. It was a mistake on the part of Clark’s. The least I can expect after almost a year of Clark’s keeping my money is to return it to the original payment method.

And like last time Clark’s has ghosted me and my money is still with them. The company does not want to return it!

Customer service given at Selly Oak branch by Hibbaa on 20/12/25 was just unbelievable she was so helpful and kind she went out of her way to help absolutely outstanding service she truly is an asset to your company.

Brilliant young staff

Despite being very busy Amat and Gracie remained polite professional and calm ,managing to sell me two pairs of shoes, and even gave me a shoe protector.

Hibbaa was very helpful with our…

Hibbaa was very helpful with our daughter who has sensory issues. She even gave us noise cancelling headphones to dampen the bustling environment which helped us focus on how the shoes felt.

The level of customer service at Clark’s Selly Oak

The level of customer service and communication was first class. Waiting time was minimal and Amat was personable, friendly and positive. She clearly takes great pride in her work and customer experience. Selly Oak ranks highly amongst the many excellent store’s we’ve visited.

Selly Oak hero

I brought my kids to the Selly Oak branch recently & was helped by Hibbaa. My children are autistic & getting shoes fitted is always a real drama with lots of screaming & kicking. She was so lovely & a real oasis in a desert of other parents staring at the spectacle that was my son. I was really grateful for her calm approach & reassurance & she got the shoes fitted in no time. Thank you Hibbaa!!!

Amazing Staff

Amazing quality, even greater staff. I have an autistic son who has troubles in social interactions, especially those with strangers. The staff here made sure this was no issue, namely Farid, who made my son feel very comfortable. He was able to take a process that, normally takes a while when with people he doesn’t know, down to a few minutes.

Great service at a really busy time

It was so busy in the store today but we had great service from Hibba. She saw I need a crutch at the moment and found a seat for me and my daughter and she then found the perfect shoes for her. Can’t fault the service especially at such a busy time for the staff.

Hibba was excellent

Hibba was excellent! No question of mine was too ridiculous. She is excellent with children and extremely knowledgable about fit and style. We left incredibly happy, she’s a real credit to your store.

Excellent service from Hibbaa

We needed to get some new shoes and to have my daughter’s feet measured. My daughter is non-verbal and has special needs so she does not like to get this done. The member of staff, Hibbaa, was brilliant! she was patient and understood her sensory needs. She bought out some shoes she recommended based on the feel for my daughter. I could not fault her service, she made it such a pleasant experience
