Easy to order on line, though I had to return my order via the store staff very helpful

I have started using Clarke's in Sheffield City Center. The staff in store are as excellent as you would expect. However they go above and beyond to offer as relaxed and warm experience even as closing time approaches. This means that popping in after work is both highly practical and pleasant. I will definitely keep using this store in future. My contribution to keeping the high street alive.

We came to get my daughter's feet measured for her first shoes - a task we found incredibly challenging at home, with the baby shrieking and tossing throughout the ordeal as if we were ripping her tiny legs out with each attempt. And then came Lina and got us sorted in seconds, without a single sound of protest from our little one, clearly experienced, though to me it felt like some magic baby whispering was happening. And then she also found us the perfect shoes. Which were on sale. Lina, I've built you a little dinosaur shoe-shaped shrine in my heart!

I went to Clarks, at The Moor, Sheffield to return an item. I met a worker, her name is (Meg). She provided an excellent customer service to me.

Bought a pair of Orianna Glide sandals.
Served by the assistant Lina, who was helpful, chatty, and friendly.
