Absolutely disgusted!!

Absolutely disgusted!!! My husband and I went with my special needs son, to have his feet measured on September 22nd 2025 at Meadowhall, Sheffield. The woman who measured his feet had no interest what’s so ever, quite rude infact, no conversation. We have only ever gone to Clark’s to have his feet measured. He is a size 9 in a shoe but he hadn’t had his feet measured for a long time so we wanted to check his feet. The woman measured his feet and said he was a size 7. I was horrified!!!! I then took him to another shoe shop and he was measuring a size 9 so no change. The other staff in the other shop couldn’t do enough for our son. I would like to give them all a thank you gift, The lady in the shop even used Makaton. He thanked them and was so happy. Clarke’s I will never shop with you again you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! They don’t even deserve one star!!!!!

Bought online

Bought online, presumably came from the Sheffield store.
Found what I wanted, I had already been into the shop at Meadowhall and tried them on, so able to get the size I wanted.
Easy to order & Pay for.
Arrived quite quick, informed all the way re delivery.
Have bought from Clarks online prior, and never any problems.

Ordering ok but delivery was bad

Ordering the shoes was ok when I had sorted out my quantity. The problem is the delivery. I put Meadowhall shopping centre but the delivery people you used was Evri. They don’t deliver there. So I have tried to change it but can’t get any response from them. It has been 3 days now

Poor experience

Poor experience. Measured my daughters feet smaller than she was measured 6 months ago. Now I have to pay to return the postal order as they're too small.

Assistant was unhelpful and made me feel quite patronised when I questioned about sizing up for shoes that the kids would be wearing in the Summer. Surely a customer shouldn't need to argue about how they are spending their money!

Won't be shopping at Clarks again. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience without being made to feel awkward.

Poor customer service

Unfriendly staff! Poor customer service won’t even crack a smile. Such attitude! The lady who served me was Tracey. Not welcoming, You ask a question and the lady talks down at you in a snappy manner. This is not an isolated incident. My husband had the same experience last week with the same woman, he explained when she asked him a question regarding a refund she looked at him like he was stupid! Management need to be informed as this is the face of the company! Will be shopping online from now on due to terrible experience in store.

Friendly service

Visited Clark’s shoe shop Meadowhall Sheffield on New Years Day 2025. My granddaughter had her feet measured and my son in law bought some boots. We were served by Hannah and Ruth these ladies were very helpful polite and friendly. We were given advice about granddaughters shoes and discounts we could use. We did not feel rushed and Hannah’s manner with my granddaughter was lovely. Thank you ladies .

Emily was brilliant

Emily was brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with two fussy girls and an even fussier mum. Store was busy with it being last weekend before schools go back but was seen quickly and still had a good choice of shoes to choose from.

Excellent Service

Went to Meadowhall Clarks was served by Fal she was excellent couldn't do enough for us. My child has large narrow feet and has the added bonus of insoles as well so always finds it difficult to get school shoes. Could not fault the service we had today.

Alicia is the best

Totally recommend this store. Alicia was lovely and well presented and totally understood the needs of my frail father and could not have been any better.
It was nice for her to say she cares about her job.

Chris is beyond brilliant

Chris is brilliant. Chris was welcoming, patient and reassuring. I mentioned that I had avoided buying shoes for quite a while. Chris didn't know that I have an autism diagnosis. I very much hope that Chris gets recognition for the amazing difference that they made to my well-being today. PS the location of the store within Meadowhall makes a real difference to me and my family.
