Highly recommend visiting this store, today we were served by a wonderful young man at only 16 years old! Matt was amazing with my 6 year old son who’s currently waiting to be assessed, he was patient and very polite and friendly and used distraction to help the process go more smoothly, for such a young age Matt is a true gentleman, and the store and his family should be very proud, for what’s normally a stressful overwhelming event it was made so much better by the lovely staff, thanks again and keep the good work up,

Alfie served me and my 2 boys today. Excellent service, he was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was dreading the school shoe shopping but he made the experience very easy!

Alfie helped us with our first shoes for my little girl, he was very kind, calm and brilliant with my little one. He measured her up, and went off to find us pairs that fit and made sure she was comfortable. He also taught me a trick for helping relax the little one when they curl their toes up! As a second time mam I wish I knew this sooner. When the shoes weren’t right for her he let us know and advised us what was more suitable; you could see the difference in my little one’s walk. Thank you for such a lovely experience and a memory I’ll cherish forever.

A big thank you to Alfie today, who measured my babies feet for her first pair of shoes. He was kind, friendly and very gentle with her and explained the different sizing to me brilliantly. Thank you!

We took our 2 girls (8 & 3, 8 year old fine, 3 yr old, crazy). We were served by Alfie and he was calm, professional, very helpful and managed to measure and get them both in shoes. Excellent service buddy?

We went to buy a pair of shoes and were very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, especially Zoe.
Store arranged in an easily accessible layout, so could see all the styles. It was easy to order a pair in the colour and width needed. Amazing how quickly the shoes were available for collection - ready for us to go on holiday, knowing we would have smart and comfortable shoes for our city break.

Went to buy our 5 year old some new school shoes as she’d worn out the old pair. Sam measured her feet and helped her pick out some shoes to try. We bought a pair and she’s really happy with them. Sam did a great job of engaging our daughter on her level and being fun with her, whilst continuing to communicate professionally with us about the fitment etc - he’s very well suited to the kid’s shoes section and is a great ambassador for Clarks overall!

The team in shrewsbury have got a fantastic attitude, they're helpful, welcoming and give great advice. I was served by Tyler today and also a young woman with dark blond hair. Thank you!

Booked a slot for have my child’s feet measured online only to find the store wasn’t even open at the time I’d booked. Called up and spoke to an uninterested member of staff who reluctantly apologised and said we could be seen when the store opened at 11am. Arrived back in store to find it packed and a long wait to be seen. I was not able to wait any longer with two tired toddlers. I would suggest changing the booking process online to align with the times the store is actually open.

I recently visited the Shrewsbury store with my elderly mother, and the help and assistance provided by 'Sam' was absolutely first class. He made the entire experience enjoyable for her, showing genuine care and ensuring she found the right shoe. It was clear that his focus was entirely on her needs, which is a rare quality in the retail sector today but one that is very much alive at Clarks in Shrewsbury.

I went into Clarks Shrewsbury for work shoes. I was served by Sarah who was helpful and friendly.

We took out little girl to Shrewsbury Clark’s and was assisted by Sam H. He Measured Emily feet, advised on the right fitting shoes and even advised against a certain type of shoe because of her foot shape. He interacted with her (17 months old) in a way she reacted positively too and was attentive to her behaviour and professional throughout. We walked out with two pairs of boots and a pair of trainers for our little girl. I would thoroughly recommend his services and will be going back in the future. Thank you

Sam H helped us to find the perfect shoes for my son. He was friendly and engaged my son really well. We only intended to buy one pair but Sam was such a good salesman that we had to buy two pairs. He measured my son’s feet with aplomb and made great points about the sizing and tested multiple styles and sizes. He helped us to navigate the online shop and ordered some shoes there as well as the pair that we bought in store. My son loved the stickers and we had a superb experience overall.

Fantastic experience today at Clarks. We had an issue with a pair of shoes and although they were rushed off their feet, they provided service with a smile and speed. Particular mention to Mikayla and Tyler who were extremely busy but lovely and professional the whole way through. Would not hesitate to recommend this store

Sam was wonderful with our son and very knowledgable with knowing how the shoes should fit. This is the second time he has helped us with impeccable service thankyou again Sam!

Went in Clarks today at shrewsberry and meet by Sam H He was marvellous nothing was to much got out several pairs of shoes till I found Spoken to the ones I loved
Kept the shoes while we finished our shopping and we picked them up on the way back to train thanks Sam for all your help 🙂
