Excellent and helpful service from staff member at Silverburn store outside Glasgow. Didn't have first option in size but with assistance found another option that was actually better suited to what I needed . Recommend.

We went in to Clarks at Silverburn and we were served by Olivia. We had taken our daughter to have her feet measured for a new pair of shoes. Everything was done promptly and a few options were provided and Olivia was very informative. We were in and out within around 20 minutes and it was a great experience.

I want to give a big thank you to John M at the Clarks store in Silverburn, Glasgow (Store No. 5115) for his excellent customer service when I visited on 13 June 2025.

John was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the Nature Three Mahogany Leather shoes in size 7 G (Standard). I was torn between two sizes – 6.5 and 7 – as both felt quite good, but he took the time and care to help me try both properly and make the best decision for long-term comfort.

He went above and beyond by offering me a 15% discount, reducing the price from £100 to £85, even though there was no ongoing sale or promotion. That gesture saved me £15 and made my purchase even more satisfying.

I actually asked for his name so I could leave this review, not the other way around – that’s how much I appreciated the experience. I only regret being late in writing this, but I found the receipt in my jacket and felt it was the right time – especially after wearing the shoes for a while and finding them extremely comfortable.

Caitlin from your Silverburn branch was amazing at helping my gran choose new shoes. My gran quite liked the pair she usually wears and Caitlin looked through the store for similar styles and ensured that my gran was sized before having someone bring them up. She then made sure my gran was comfortable in them and my gran managed to find a pair that she loved! The store was super packed so the fact she made sure to make us feel like the only people there while also managing all of the other guests was amazing.

I placed an order & have never received an email,text or any communication whatsoever from the store.My order should have been in 2 weeks ago! I have now received this email asking how my experience was very poor.Hopefully I will get a refund quicker!!!!!!!

Yaqueen was such a helpful assistant. She was so patient and helpful with a really friendly but not over bearing manner. Shopping for school shoes and trainers for 2 girls was an enjoyable experience for all 3 of us.... which doesn't often happen! Thanks so much Yaqueen x

We visited Clark’s in Silverburn this morning to buy first shoes. The staff were really personable and helpful. Tyler in particular was lovely with our wee boy and we really enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Tyler at Silverburn, Glasgow was fantastic. She measured my daughter's feet and also showed her how to do the buckles on her new school shoes. She showed great customer service and is a credit to the store!

I have been trying to to get my son shoe size measured since yesterday at silverburn Clark’s, due to his autism he ran away twice but this morning the wonderful
Emma went out her way to give us an amazing customer service. She brought out a chair and the measuring gauge and not only measured him but brought out a selection of the uniform shoes to try on. Such an amazing person with empathy and a great understanding towards learning support needs. Thank you Emma you are a star !!

Wish to thank Tyler of your Silverburn branch in Glasgow for being so very lovely. She was utterly delightful with my granddaughter today. She fitted then helped her choose some lovely sandals. My granddaughter literally sashayed out of the shop and she is only 2!
