Today we went into clarkes at Skegness for abit of advice after my Grandaughter got blisters on her heal after her 1st day of wearing her new shoes. Kirsty & Michelle were very helpful and re- measured her feet and fitted her properly with a new pair of shoes. They both took there time and nothing was too much for them. Very happy with the service we received off both ladies, would definitely recommend.

Visited the Skegness store at the weekend to get some new shoes for my son who's 6 and has level 3 Autism.
He has some new podiatry insoles and required his feet measuring. We had tried several rival shops at home, all refused to help us at all. I decided on a whim to visit Clarks on our weekend away.
Staff member Kirsty was a delight and couldn't be more helpful in supported my son's needs, using distraction techniques and making rea to keep risk of shutdown to a minium, listened to our needs, measured his feet and found a pair of shoes for his insoles. My son has been wearing his new dinosaur shoes all weekend.
Thank you to all the staff on shift so making something that is a challenge, so easy.
