To be honest we all want Clarke shoes but they can be expensive even though in the long run there more economical. To have the outlet is wonderful for me, comfortable, hard wearing beautiful shoe for just over half the price. All my kids and sometimes myself to go Clarks, especially for the school shoes. So Thank you for your understanding.

Clarks South Shields
Went in to find a pair of shoes for a wedding. I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful shop assistant Rose. Rose was extremely helpful and proactive in helping me find shoes that fit my feet type and size.
She is a credit to Clarks and the model of excellent customer service. Thank you Rose!

Rose and Susan @ South Shields
10/10 customer service provided today by both Rose and Susan at the South Shields branch. Rose was fantastic with my one year old daughter who initially did not like getting her feet measured, made us both feel very comfortable whilst providing very good advise and product knowledge.
There was a slight system issue however both Susan and Rose in the store went out of their way to rectify this, with several options of Clarks shops in similar travelling distance, would definitely return to this store after the experience we had today.
