My order arrived.i returned the trainers as my grandson didnt think they were suitable for school.my refund was within 5 days

I ordered something to try on in store. When it did not fit the staff were still keen helping me find an alternative and arrange a refund. Couldn't be more pleased with my final purchase.

Reliably great service. Appreciate the layout of the store as it's not overwhelming but a fantastic range of choice. Kids school shoe section is brilliant as there are plenty of styles

I made a recent purchase online and collected in store. I'm really pleased with the shoes although l haven't worn them yet and it was nice to have 30 per cent off.

The staff member was very patient and helpful as I tried to find the right fit and width across a couple of styles. Just the right amount of help and let me get on with it. Great to actually find the width sizes available in stock in store to be able to check fit in one go instead of online and return.

Staff don't bother to serve you even when they're clearly not busy, just stand around looking at their nails.

I was impressed with the ease of dealing with Clarks, the choices available, the quality of the products, the speed of delivery and the ease of returns. I will certainly shop with Clarks again.

Mustaqim served us and he went above and beyond to get a pair of shoes for my husband.
The original pair he wanted wasn’t available in his size, but Mustaqim found an alternative style in his size.

I received excellent service from Rebecca whilst at Clark’s in St Albans. It was my third visit in 3 days because I didn’t have my son with me the first 2 times. Rebecca was so helpful and patient that I ended up buying three pairs. Clark’s is lucky to have Rebecca. Thank you!

Back to school shoe shopping is often not a pleasant experience. That all changed today.
Today we visited the St Albans store and purchased two pairs of boys school shoes with no fuss or queue, just all round super service! Thank you Olivia P for your patience with my teenage boys!

Assisted by Eric who was very helpful finding the right first shoes for my one year old. He was very patient while we tried on many different shoes and sizes. Such a friendly and helpful member of staff who made a tricky job very easy for me. Thank you Eric.

Iorwen was helpful and patient with my children. We got school shoes with no stress or fuss.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a 10 month old and wanted to buy him shoes but the staff kept serving other people before me. The manager claimed they had appointments and showed me the list but none of the appointments on the list started for another 15mins. It was very disappointing with a young baby with me.

Wonderful experience at the St Albans store when enquiring about sending a gift to a friend. The delightful & beautifully named assistant, Iorwen, could not have been more polite, professional and helpful. She showed initiative in offering to organise sending the shoes from the store directly and the whole process was swiftly organised. What a lovely visit - thank you Iorwen & the store manager who was kind & supportive of his staff as the transaction was processed. I will definitely return!
